Golf Trip

Our group of eight guys rented this property for a golf trip, and we were completely satisfied. This property delivers everything that it advertises, and more. This home is immaculate, roomy, convenient, comfortable, and quiet. Our group stayed here for eight days and did not ever feel cramped.
The location could not have been better for us, there are so many golf courses with easy driving distance that our only problem was that we ran out of time to play them all. We will certainly be back next year.
Restaurants specializing in virtually every type of food, and at every budget level abound in this area, along with grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The convenience of the home's location is a big plus. Although we did not avail ourselves of the opportunity, there are family oriented parks and activities throughout the vicinity.
While we were happy with the home itself, here is the best part, the owners, Ernie and Pauline. We have rented other properties in previous years and found that the owners were absentee, or even unavailable completely. Not so here. Ernie was readily available before and during our trip , willing to answer questions and doing anything that he could to help us out. He even introduced us to a neighbor so that we could get first hand reviews of the area golf courses! It was nice to know that he and Pauline were nearby just in case we had any questions or problems. It is also quite evident that these hands on owners take care of this property personally. This is the best spot that we have ever rented, and we will be returning.
I recommend this home to anyone contemplating a trip to Orlando. It is convenient to everything, and your group or family will not be disappointed. This is just a great facility owned by very nice people.

We enjoyed this home for our 7 day vacation. It was great to come home to after a day at Disney, Sea World, etc. The kids loved the pool and activities room. While dinner was being prepared in a well stocked kitchen, they would swim or play the games in the game room. There was 10 of us and plenty of room. It was great having a washer and dryer and especially 3 bathrooms. Very well kept up and the manager was so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommand.

IM EMAILING OWNERS TO BOOK MY 3RD VACATION AT THIS AMAZING HOUSE . CLEAN, WELL MAIMTAINED AND ANYTHING YOU NEED, WAS READILY AVAILABLE. AS FOR ERNIE AND PAULINE, THEY ARE KIND, GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL PEAPLE. SO LONG AS WE HAVE FAMILY VACATIONS, I WILL CONTIUE TO STAY HERE..plenty of room for large or multiple families. EVERYONE LEFT WITH SMILES. I WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. COMPARED TO OTHER LISTINGS,,, HOUSE IS WELL WORTH RENTAL RATE. I LOOK FORWARD TO OUR 2013 VACATION.

I would definitely stay here again. The property was clean and well maintained. The house is close to the parks. The owners were very pleasant and readily available for any questions or concerns and I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends or relatives.

I've been meaning to post a review since our stay in June '12.
First, the location is excellent. Attractions are all a relatively short drive away, including airport. A drive to Cocoa beach (Atlantic coast) is about an hour away - a perfect one-day break from the hubbub of Orlando.
As for the house itself: absolutely fantastic. Plenty of room, and rooms, for a lot of people. The master bedroom comes with its own shower, jacuzzi, walk-in closets, linen closet. Really comfortable. There's another large bedroom downstairs with an adjoining bathroom and four more bedrooms upstairs (and bathroom). One bedroom upstairs is a bit tight, but it does have a double bed and serves just fine. All the beds were comfortable, more than enough linens and towels for the week, but washer and dryer work great, too. The open floor plan downstairs allows for gathering together at the end of a day to prepare a meal, or just relax in the nicely equipped game room. The pool outside is large enough to do laps, or just relax in if it's a day to lounge around in one of the many chaise longues.
We were there a week with varying amounts of people throughout the week, and with enough room throughout. There was only one glitch and that is why I'm writing the review.
We returned one day to find the house quite warm. Didn't think too much about it as we'd had a long day at the beach, but woke to the fact that the air-conditioning had stopped working. Mind you, no small thing in Central Florida. We called the owner and he was out shortly after, but could not get the A/C to work. He got someone out there that afternoon who was able to get it working just fine. I really appreciate that he did this quickly and with attentiveness. He hung around to make sure all was working and we were comfortable. I found that really impressive and that attention to detail is reflected in the house and furnishings. Our time there was completely comfortable and I would not hesitate to rent this property again.
Really, a nice guy with a fine property in a great location. You won't go wrong booking here.

The guests communicating gave us the opportunity to overcome the problem.
