Perfect Place to Stay in Orlando

What attracted me to this property was the lakeside location and that it was so central to Theme Parks, Restaurants and Shopping Centres. It did not disappoint. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The photos on the web were very accurate and the owner Sharon was prompt in responding to any correspondance we had prior to our visit, and indeed after our visit in returning our deposit.
The children (14 & 10) were thrilled and in their element with the games room and the pool. If they weren't in one they were in the other. The resident baby aligator popped his head our of the water occasionally to ascertain if he was likely to have any luck reaching the ducks on the back during the thunderstorms. The kids loved the local Chillis Restaruant and the Outlet Malls. Walmart was only 5 mins down the road and between that and the local restaurants we did very well. If we were to visit Orlando again I would not hesitate in renting this home again or indeed recommending it to our friends.

We made our second visit to Orlando and again stayed at this particular villa. It is just as the listing described and was well located for all the Disney and other local attractions, as well as Orlando Airport. It was cleaned to a high standard and located within a very well maintained district of Kissimmee. The accommodation is very spacious and well equipped, it ticked all the boxes for our family's requirements.
The villa was very comfortable and in a quiet location, within easy reach of local restaurants and supermarkets.
We would certainly recommend this villa and would definitely go back should we decide to visit Florida again.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Our stay at Sharon's place was absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful, comfortable, and complete with all we needed. The game room added some great fun and friendly competition. Washer and dryer were a great help. We really liked how the two tables, one seating four and one seating six, were on either side of a wall with a large "window" cut out between them so that we could still talk and listen to the goings on at the other table! We loved the pool area looking out at the pond! It was so peaceful to sit out there and fun to play in the nice warm pool! Although we did not see the resident alligator, we saw many interesting birds including a great blue heron, various egrets, the white ibis and endangered wood storks! We had a wonderful vacation with this villa making all the difference! And indeed, our security deposit refund arrived before I even thought about it shortly after our arrival home! Thank you, Sharon!

Affordable, luxury villa for a DisneyWorld stay.

Villa was very central for all Disney attractions and 10mins from Old Town and local amenities.Immaculate condition inside and out and villa fully equipped with all household appliances.Games room available with pool and table tennis tables.Good size pool overlooking lake with it's resedential alligator.Definately recommend villa.

We lived in Kissimmee for over 15 years before moving back to Illinois. The villa was centrally located to places we wanted to revisit.
