Our cosy villa 'Casa La Florida' is located in a quiet residential area in the southeast of Cape Coral. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths + pool bath; The spacious, sunny patio with a large swimming pool (4 x 9 m) is located on the freshwater Canal to the 7 lakes.

The house was built in massive construction and completely renovated and newly furnished.

Facilities: Air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, washer, dryer, double garage with automatic door opener. Bedding, bath towels and dish towels are available sufficiently at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster. The heated pool guarantees a pleasant temperature of water throughout the year. Pool area and patio are surrounded by a screen that protects you from insects. Lounge beds, chairs, tables and barbecue grill are there in the outdoor area.

Shopping: Shopping centre (large and small) and restaurants are reachable within 4 to 10 minutes.

Walmart Supercenter is open 24 hours 2.9 miles -

Target Supercenter is open 8am-10pm in southwest 4.5 miles & northeast 5 miles -

Several Publix grocery stores are open 8am-10pm 2.5 miles - 3.5 miles.

Fort Myers with its shopping centres and hundreds of shops along the Tamiami trail (Highway 41) can be reached via 3 large bridges with stunning views of River Caloosahatchee.

Edison Mall (Fort Myers) is open 8am-10pm 8.2 miles -

Coast Town Centre is a must-see, open from 9am to 10pm 21 miles -

Miramar Outlet Centre (here you can find all the big fashion labels) 25.7 miles

The small but beautiful beach of Cape Coral is approximately 8 miles away.

For the wide beaches in Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Sanibal and Captiva Island it takes 30 to 60 minutes.

Distances:

Miami is about 175 miles, 2 ½ hours away

Orlando 200 miles, 3 hours

Direct flights e.g. from Düsseldorf to Fort Myers 9-10 hours, and from there to the house about 35 minutes by car

Wir können nur 5 Sterne *****+ vergeben!!! Wenn das Haus nicht schon vorab für ein weiteres Jahr wieder ausgebucht wäre, würden wir es sofort wieder buchen. Das Haus ist sogar noch besser als die Bilder aussagen. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit setzen Maßstäbe für alle anderen Vermieter. Wir haben bereits oft bei US-Agenturen oder anderen Vermietern gebucht. Hier war alles perfekt. Die Vorab-Betreuung nach der 1.Miet-Anfrage durch Manfred u. Jutta war schnell erfolgt und weitere Anfragen und Terminänderungen wurden per email und auch telefonisch schnell u. unkompliziert geklärt. Zum Haus gibt es wenig mehr zu sagen, als ohnehin i.d. Beschreibung steht. Es ist sogar schöner, grösser als in den Bildern, und extrem gut gepflegt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Da dieses Haus 2013 leider fast ausgebucht ist, fällt es uns schwer für unseren Urlaub 2013 etwas adäquates zu finden.
