We have stayed 10 days in this beautifull, peacefull, welcoming place, owners are fantastic charming people, The accomodation was stunning. There is a lot of possibilities what to do, near the little town Chianni, has own history, nice smiling people, great for a evening walks.
11 km you can find another interesting spa town Casciana Terme, lies in the heart of Pisa Hills ,you can spend nice day in spa, outdoor pool with thermal water, had got a great, relaxing massage. We really enjoyed it, have visited a lot of places, like Sienna, Volterra, Florence,....Beautifull.

We were traveling just after the New Year with our two young sons (7 &10) and we had planned to visit the Tower in Pisa. Little did we know we were "going home" to Chianni! After a long day traveling we were welcomed by Claudia's warm smile and kind way! Our rooms were spotless and oh so comfortable, appointed with everything we might need and with a stately Italian grace! Claudia and her husband couldn't have been more inviting or enjoyable! They truly made us feel a part of their family, catering to our every wish! Jean Claude (their son) made our reservation and arrival seamless and can offer expertise with excursions as well, including bike, horse or walking tours. Pisa is only a short drive away (I think about 20 minutes) and Chianni is a gorgeous small town with wonderful people and restaurants. The property is truly as beautiful as the photos show and our boys loved exploring the fields and woods, discovering all the animals on the farm! The home and grounds are impeccably manicured, with special touches everywhere, and the feeling of an Italian estate. We would recommend this property to any traveler, especially those who enjoy warm and wonderful people! And if you are fortunate enough to have Claudia cook for you, you are definitely fortunate indeed! Our meal was exquisite and the conversation, priceless! Our memories with Claudia and Enrico will stay with us a lifetime! We all look forward to the day we will "go home to Chianni" once again!

My 23 year old daughter and I traveled to this lovely villa about a month ago. (September) We were met by Claudia, who is an absolute gem. Her hospitality went beyond providing a clean room and breakfasts. She took so much of her time to help in whatever way she could. She pointed to different villages we could see from her yard, and explained the entire area, making it actually difficult to choose where to start! There is so much beauty, and Claudia's both inner and outer beauty were very treasured. The meal she made at the end of the week was a feast! YUM! And then there is Enrico..... sweet, funny Enrico! What a sense of humor he has; and how intelligent, too! This great couple provided us with wonderful conversation and laughter. Oh, yes, about the room.... ours was quite spacious, very neat and clean, and truly "home" at the end of our very busy days. We enjoyed our visit so much, wish we could go back every month! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The listing description does not do this property justice, seeing is believing! The property is set in acres of beautiful countryside/forests, with a wealth of wildlife on your doorstep. Extremely peaceful with lots of fantastic panoramic views, it is the perfect location for exploring all the sights that Tuscany has to offer (Volterra is a must!) or, just relaxing by the pool. The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained and Claudia was the perfect host - warm, friendly and always happy to help. Chianni has a number of lovely places to eat, especially Le Vecchie Cantine. Leaving this little piece of heaven was very difficult, however, we shall look forward to our return visit next year. A big 'Thank you' to Claudia, Jean-Claude & Enrico for making us feel so welcome.

We experienced a very happy holiday with our host's Claudia, Jean Claude and Enrico; they are genuine, kind and hospitable people who have a great pride in what they do, which is reflected in delivery of the service they offer. It was lovely to stay and wake up in the beautiful house and farm setting then set off on a daily adventure to return to a safe place in the evening. The accommodation is of a high standard, comfortable and well maintained, its location allows easy access by car to many tourist locations including Chianni, Pisa, Sienna, Volterra and San Gimignano. We would rate this holiday as one of our favourites taken in Italy. The stay was totally enhanced by our delightful hosts and accommodation, which as canny Scots far exceeded our expectations; you are 10 out of 10 from us.

We would love to just keep you our secret but that would not be fair so we have told our families and friends and hopefully you will have many more happy holiday makers from Scotland, we know we would love to return. The ad said "panoramic view" and it is indeed true. The villa is superbly located overlooking the beautifulTuscan landscape of hills, fields, olive groves and villages. The garden was marvellous for relaxing and taking a day off from the busy tourist sites; a constant breeze and the shade of the olive tree kept us cool even on a very hot day. The room was large and the remoteness meant the night was quiet and peaceful. We elected to include the optional breakfast and it was well worth it; the price was reasonably and the food was beautifully presented and very generous in variety and volume. The villa's owner was very helpful in providing maps and travel advice to Tuscan attractions. A car is a must to travel the access road connecting the villa to the main road and for getting easily to the neighbouring village (Chianni) for lunch and/or dinner. Navigating the smaller Tuscan roads was a bit of a challenge so having a GPS or a good local map is invaluable.

Wir sind 34 bzw. 36 und haben Bio-Agriturismo zum ersten Mal getestet. Der Hof liegt in der Nähe von Chianni, abgelegen. Reisezeitraum war Ende September und das Wetter ist da noch überraschend gut gewesen.

Ingesamt macht die schöne Anlage einen gepflegten, sehr guten Eindruck; und die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir haben jeden Morgen das Angebot des Frühstücks wahrgenommen, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Für den Abend wählten wir Restaurants in Chianni. Hervorzuheben ist hier auf alle Fälle das Ristorante 543 Da Iacopino Di Antonelli Lina & C. Snc, Via della Rimembranza, 8.

Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, was sich bezahlt gemacht hat. Sonst müsste man z. B. abends im Restaurant in Chianni auf Alkohol aufpassen - jedenfalls, sofern man noch mit dem Auto zum Hof zurück will. Man kann natürlich auch in den Zimmern kochen, sofern eine Kochecke drin ist; das haben wir aber nicht so genutzt.

Auf dem großen Hof sind Esel und Hühner, ein Hund und einige Katzen. Es kommt sicher drauf an, zu welcher Jahreszeit man anreist und wie sehr man sich aktiv einbringen will. Aber von der Idee an der Teilnahme eines 12-Stunden-Arbeitstages auf dem Land sollte man sich vielleicht trennen. Eher ist Entspannung angesagt. Man kann im Pool schwimmen, in der Sonne liegen und lesen. Ausflüge haben wir mit dem Kfz zum Beispiel ans Meer gemacht (tolle Steilküste bei Baratti mit guten Wanderwegen). Ausserdem sind wir vom Hof aus mit den Fahrrädern durch den Naturpark gedüst. Auf alle Fälle Flickzeug mitnehmen und Helm etc. Wandern wäre hier übrigens auch super möglich gewesen.

Was Kinder betrifft, bin ich mir unsicher. Wenn eine Familie mit Nachwuchs anreist, geht das zwar bestimmt gut - zumal in der Wohnung im ersten Stock. Für Heranwachsende aber unter Umständen zu "erwachsene" Umgebung.

Fazit: Für Italien-Freunde sehr gut. Nichts für Party-People, sondern eher Touristen, die Ruhe suchen. Aktiv-Urlaub möglich, muss aber auf eigene Faust geplant werden. Gastgeber sind toll!

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in einem sehr gepflegten Anwesen in einer wunderschönen Lage. Die Eigentümer Claudia und Enrico sind zwei sehr besonders liebenswürdige Menschen, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr bereichert haben, mit ihren Tipps zu Ausflügen und ihren Erzählungen über die Toskana.
Claudia hat für uns fantastisches Essen zubereitet und wir konnten dies mit dem
eigen angebauten Wein und lieben weiteren Gästen sehr geniessen und nur
empfehlen. Chianni ist ein sehr schöner Ort und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten, für einen Bummel, sehr gutes Essen und guten Wein. Die Aussicht morgens bei dem liebevoll hergerichteten Frühstück
von Claudia hat uns immer wieder beeindruckt. Ebenso die herrliche Stille am Pool. Was können wir zum Abschluss sagen; eigentlich wollen wir jetzt wieder zurück in die Toskana. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und wünschen Claudia und Enrico alles Liebe und Gute!! Melanie und Henning
