The apartments are located in the city center, in the particularly in-demand residential area of Berlin Friedenau-Schöneberg. They are situated in an exclusive, elegant and very quiet building and were completely refurbished.

All apartments are fully equipped. Rubens1 is ideal for 8 persons, Rubens2 for 6 persons, Rubens3 for 3 persons and Rubens4 for 4 persons and Rubens5 for 6 persons.

The apartments are very close to the underground and bus stop. From the apartments you can reach 'Mitte' by underground in only 10-15 minutes.

Tourist information: It’s very easy to visit Berlin by bus and underground, the whole city is reachable by the public transports also by night, a car isn't necessary.

As the city center is very large, it is a good idea is to visit it by bike A bike rental is easily reachable from the apartments.

The apartment, which is light and airy, is located in the central and particularly in-demand residential area of Berlin Frienau-Schöneberg. It is situated within an exclusive, elegant building and was completely refurbished. The flat is on the second floor (no lift or elevator), a charming apartment which sleeps 6. It is tastefully furnished with loving care in every detail. The apartment is composed of a dining-room with a table for 6 persons. The kitchen is open-space. A balcony with a table sitting 2. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with a queen double-bed (160X200cm). The clothes closet is separate and includes a large space for hangers. The 2 bathrooms are modern on with cabin showers, a wash-basin with ample shelf-space and a large mirror, WC, and washing machine.

13 of us headed for our first ever trip to Berlin age range from 13 to 73 and stayed here in Rubenstrasse. The apartments are gorgeous, very modern and very well equipped. Everyone was impressed. It doesn't look much from the outside but it's a pleasant shock when you walk in. The bar on the corner was full of welcoming locals and great fun, the tube is only a short walk and the transport system ran efficiently. I highly recommend these apartments.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Dear Domitia, Thank you so much for providing us with such a lovely apartment for our stay in Berlin. It was great to be so central and to stay in such a clean well equipped place. It is a beautiful apartment and very comfortable. We also adored the local area, it is truely wonderful. We both loved the architecture around the apartments. Liebe Domitia,
der Aufenthalt in Ihrer Ferienwohnung war toll. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung war bestens, die Wohnung sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage schön ruhig, die Nachbarn nett, auch der Hof war gepflegt, die Verkehrsanbindung super. Alles genau so wie im Online-Inserat angegeben. Die Betreuung vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Auch der eMail Kontakt vorab mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und verbindlich.
Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt - hoffentlich wieder in der Rubens2!!!!

Een onvergetelijk verblijf in Berlijn.

We hebben een onvergetelijke week gehad in Berlijn. Daarbij speelde het weer natuurlijk ook een grote rol. Het was tussen de 25 en 31 graden, net hartje zomer! Ons appartement was prima. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en voelden ons meteen thuis. Vrijwel alles was aanwezig en het was hartstikke netjes en schoon. Het is een rustige buurt en met de metro vlakbij ben je zo in het centrum van Berlijn.
Ook winkels zijn op loopafstand en een lekker bakkertje op de hoek. Vlakbij zit ook een heerlijk Italiaans restaurant, waar we twee keer gegeten hebben.
We hebben veel gezien in Berlijn, maar gaan beslist nog eens terug. En dan is dit ruime appartement een goede keuze. Tot ziens!
