New huge house with 1205 sqft pool area, 579 sqft lanai. Everyone finds his place in the shadow or in the sun with a nice view above the intersecting canals. The house is allergy-friendly, tiles on the first floor and parquet floor on the second floor. 4 en-suite bedrooms (each has a bathroom) and roomy walk-in-closets with space for everything. Besides the big bedrooms there is a spacy kitchen with granite breakfast bar, formal dining room, great room with view above the pool area and canals. You have also an office - just in case... There is a private boat dock for your rented boat. Under capecoralrentalhouses his house offers you everything to enjoy your dream vacation in Florida.

Nothing less than perfect
The house made the perfect setting for this year’s two week holiday in Florida. The house and everything within it is of the highest standard and absolutely perfect. The house itself is spacious with high quality furniture and equipped with all amenities required to make an ideal holiday. The large pool, hot tub and surrounding area made a perfect frame for relaxation for the entire family. The service from booking to departure was flawless. Absolutely one of the best houses we have ever rented in Florida. The house comes with my highest recommendations.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Das Haus hat wirklich alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Riesengroßer Poolbereich, große Küche, wunderbare Bäder und Schlafzimmer und und und. Die Berteuung vor Ort war immer anspechbar und sogar bei Fragen die nicht das Haus betrafen sehr hilfreich. Die Vermittlung war ohne Probleme und immer erreichbar.

Wer im Urlaub auf die Requisiten modernen Komforts (bisweilen Luxus, betrachtet man den Master-Bathroom) nicht verzichten möchte, sollte unbedingt die Villa "Caribbean Dream" wählen. Sowohl die Lage am Kanal, in dem zu schwimmen man vom Pool aus das Gefühl hat, das gediegene und sehr geschmackvolle Interieur, die Weitläufigkeit des Living, als auch das Equipment, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, verheißen entspannungsreiche Ferien in luxuriösem Ambiente. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll das unkomplizierte Procedere von Anmietung und Übergabe/Übernahme, bei der noch wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt vermittelt werden.
