Williams Holiday 5 stars holiday
The holiday we had at the Orchard Villa was FANTASTIC. 5 stars accomodation...
When we arrived we had a warm welcome and we were given full information about the facilities . The villa is superb - there is high standard and secured accomodation, beautiful large bedrooms with quality bedlinen. The living was luxurious with flat screen TV, DVD, Satelite. There is AC in every room which is a god sent....
The swimming pool is lovely, well maintained, very clean and it has a well shaded sitting area where we spent a lot of time during the day. There are plenty of inflatables which our children loved to play with in the pool.
The villa is within walking distance to shops and supermarket, and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.
All the outside is well looked after, very clean and there are some beautiful orange and mandarin trees which were full of fruit during our stay.
We didn't want to leave... we had a relaxed quality family holiday and we are looking forward to going back.

First Class Villa!
The seven of us are just back from staying in Orchard Villa for 12 nights and of we were blown away by the luxury, privacy and security of this beautiful home from home. Our three children loved the private pool and were very safe in the surrounding gardens as access or exit can only be obtained through the intercom security system. The pool is quite deep so we bought life jackets for the girls (only €4 each) in the local shop which meant they could enjoy it to the full every day.
My parents stayed in the apartment upstairs which meant they had their own privacy and all the facilities were 5*. They loved it!
The property is very well maintained and is extremely comfortable, as we stayed in a few nights to cook and watch DVD's.
A car would be useful if you are planning to go to the supermarket for a weekly shop as the temperature was 37 degrees and too hot to carry bags!
Every restaurant in La Zenia offers excellent food and we made the 5-10 minute walk to Paddy's Point each evening and sampled all the eating houses. Food prices are very reasonable and big portions.
Overall, this villa is highly recommended and we had the best family holiday ever. This villa could be used for two familes of four to share the cost. We can't wait until our next stay in Orchard Villa.

Happy holiday!! =]
Had a fantastic holiday here!The villa was spotless and the pool was great for the kids.Lots of space outside to lie around in the sun.Loads of room and good spacious bedrooms.Perfect for families.Coming back next year!!! Gena and Kevin were so helpful and friendly.Pubs and supermarket within walking distance,and a leisurely walk away to the beach.Couldnt have asked for more! Luxury and relaxation in a nutshell!Wanna be there now.........

La Zenia holiday villa
7th April - 17th April 2010 Beautiful villa very well kept, had a fantastic holiday so much to do in the area, and plenty of places to eat & drink.
Stuck there for 6 days due to the volcanac ash, the villa owners were very understanding and helpful to us, Gena and kevin were brillant, they really looked after us,
This villa comes highly reccomended and we cant wait to go back again.

fantastic break/ great service from villa manageme
Just got back from 10 days stay in a fantastic villa, everything was perfect, clean, well equiped, spacous villa in quiet area but close to good bars, restaurants and supermarkets, on hot days just lazed around swimming pool and had a bbq, cooling off in the pool when too hot, on cooler days went into cabo roig and torrevieja, good market stalls along front to harbour in torrieveja to pick up a bargain,a good saturday market in playa flemenca which is only 10 minute walk away and takes a couple of hours to get round, barter for a bargain, great chinese at end of road round corner from 24 hour supermarket only 7.50 euros for 3 courses and half bottle of wine or lager, went there on 2 evenings and food was great on both visits, Gena villa manager couldn't do enough from arranging transfers to checking everything was fine at villa, and Anton (villa cleaner) welcomed us on our arrival offering to take us round area in his car to see where things were and showing us how everything worked at villa. Agegroup ranged from 8 to 80 and everyone thought it was great,staff made us feel like old friends, hope to go back soon.
