Location, Location, Location!

Frankly, I think this listing understates the virtues of the location. We were a very short walk to Oktoberfest, just a block away from multiple supermarkets, restaurants, parks, a bakery, coffee shops and the subway. It was great to be able to walk out the door and take a leisurely stroll to the Oktoberfest grounds. The neighborhood itself was safe and quiet with a great little pub about 100 meters away on the corner.
The flat is well appointed, modern, and in spotless condition.
The property owner met us exactly when he said he would for both check in and check out, provided a great deal of vacation advice, even offered to book our taxis, etc for our return home. He was extremely responsive when we sent emails. He was honest and very friendly (and according to my wife, "was also quite cute").
We have stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years - this was our favorite for all the above reasons.

Wonderful Apartment!

We stayed at this apartment the first week of August. It was perfect for our family, which included my wife, two teenage boys and my parents. The apartment is impeccably clean. It was fabulous to have two bathrooms and two showers, a luxury in Europe. We ultilized the kitchen, which was fully stocked, as well as the washing machine. There is an elevator up to the third floor, which was nice as my elderly mother had recently had ankle surgery. This apartment is located close to a U-bahn(subway) stop, which made traveling very easy. The owner, Mr. Kunz, even has a computer with internet access available for his guests.
In conclusion, I heartily recommend this apartment, and hope to stay there again in the future.

Excellent experience!

Our family just returned from a 1 week stay in this apartment. Overall the apartment exceeded our expectations. It is located on a relatively quiet street (unfortunately some construction outside during our stay), and is very close to the metro train station. The apartment is extremely clean. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable for my wife and I, our 2 teenagers, and mother-in-law. Having 2 showers and 2 toilets was great! It was nice to have a computer with internet access, and there was a wireless connection for our laptop. Two small inconveniences were the lack of printed (in English) instructions for the washer/dryer (it was a little complicated), and lack of a fan for sleeping comfort on warm summer nights. Dr. Kuntz, the proprieter, was extremely helpful and plans to provide washer instructions. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in the Munich area.

Perfect location, super clean, great balcony

We stayed here for a week in August with a small child. The place was incredibly clean, provided everything we needed (even laundry soap and all kinds of grocery staples!). The location is ideal - around the block to the metro, huge grocery store at the end of the street, and near a beautiful park for running or walks. Quiet courtyard and balcony made it blissful. Perfect for two couples or a family, though it was just two adults and a kid in our case. So convenient to have a computer and wireless access and washer/dryer. Very well cared for with modern touches.
The owner is so friendly and responsive. He even offered to transport us to the train station with our luggage on the day we checked out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This spacious, well-appointed apartment is spotless, comfortable, and extremely conveneint to the U-bahn. The owner was responsive and very helpful. Can't go wrong with this one!

Sehr bequeme Ferienwohnung, freundlicher entgegenkommender Anspechpartner:
Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr zentral zur Stadt, nahestehende bei die U-Bahn Haltstellen (U3, U6) und die Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Alles zu Fuß erreichbar!).
Endlich sind vielen München Schönheiten in der Nähe des Wohnungs gelegen; die Altstadt (Marienplatz, Frauenkirche), die Parken und natürlich der Theresienwiese!

Large and comfortable apartment

This apartment has a good location, very close to a U-bahn station, even you can go walking to the city centre if you want. The apartement is big enough, 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped and absolutely clean. Ideal for a Munich discovery. Heating and hot water work perfectly at any hour.
Unfortunately quite expensive for Spanish standards, but for Munich prices not so bad.
