Everything is thought to make you feel at ease right away at casa pino solo. Lisa and Nigel are anticipating your needs without intruding in your holidays. Services we could enjoy are really high quality, everything at your disposal ... for no extra charge, and that does make a difference with many places where you have a minimum at booking, and have to pay extra charges for any special service offered! The surroundings are peaceful, inviting to relaxation and "carpe diem" enjoyment. You never stay too long in such a place, and you only dream of one thing : go back!!

Excellent hosts, Nigel and Lisa, make this place. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always just an email or phone call away. The rooftop apartment was outfitted with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday whether you choose to eat "at home" or to dine in one of the many recommended restaurants found in your information book in the apartment. The scenery is breathtaking making al fresco dining on your private terrace a real pleasure. The pool, hot tub,billiard table, English satellite TV and free internet are all just added bonuses. The village of Iznajar is charming but beware of narrow and winding streets if driving. Better to park and walk into town. Be sure to visit the cemetery. It's interesting. Being well located in central Andalucia, there are many places to visit around the area. We highly recommend Casa Pino Solo.

Nochmal vielen Dank für den schönen, erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Anlage ist super in Schuß, der Whirlpool am Abend echt klasse.
Lisa und Nige kümmern sich um alles (vom Leihen von DVDs, über eine Liste mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc.) und Du kannst sie alles fragen. Wir hatten sogar ein "Startpaket" an Lebensmitteln bei Ankunft erhalten.
Super Lage zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeiten (Granada, Malaga, Cordoba, etc.).

We used Case Pino Solo as a base location for day trips to the Alpujarra, Morocco and many points in-between. It was great to have a cozy place with all necessary amenities to call home at the end of a long day or just to relax and enjoy the local pace.
Lisa and Nige were very attentive to our every need but at the same time gave us the privacy that we wanted. While we traveled as a couple for this visit, I hope that we will one day return to share the charms of Iznájar with family and friends.

Malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis de manière fort sympathique avec quelques provisions dans le réfrigérateur pour notre premier repas et petit déjeuner.
Appartement très propre et coquet. Dés notre arrivée, Nigel a pris le temps de nous faire visiter les lieux, a répondu très gentiment à nos questions et nous a conseillé pour les visites.
Très bien situé, dans un cadre magnifique au milieu des oliviers, calme et reposant.
Emplacement idéal pour les visites de Cordoue, Séville, Grenade, Antequera, Ronda. Sites intéressants à proximité.
Lisa et Nigel sont adorables, font preuve d'une grande disponibilité et ne comptent pas leur temps pour nous rendre service, que ce soit pour un dépannage Internet, une confirmation de réservation d'un vol ou tout autre demande.
Nous recommandons cette adresse sans modération.

We just spent a wonderful week at Casa Pino Solo. Lisa and Nigel could not have been more gracious and accommodating. The poolside apartment is not only beautiful with lovely scenery, but is also as comfortable and relaxing as can be. Stayed February 2013, traveled as a family.
We hope to be able to visit again as soon as we can.

October 2012- We arrived from Uk a little apprehensive as we had heard some horror stories about arriving at a villa where the images were not the same and villa not as expected. But our fears soon vanished when we met Nigel and he showed us around. We knew we had made the right choice. The villa was a perfect place for us.
Location-perfect. Easy access from the airport with precise directions we were there within the hour. (first timers i wold suggest get a day time flight so you can enjoy the journey make it easier)
Surroundings-perfect. Beautiful sceneries wherever you turned, olive groves and on a hill so you can see all around you.
Privacy-complete privacy as the villa had acres of olive groves around no one could look into the villa.
Service- Nigel and Lisa were perfect hosts. Had everything organsied to make out stay enjoyable from the moment we arrived. We had a welcome pack which consisted of bread, milk, water and margarine.
Rooms-Spacious, nicely decorated, simple but classy and luxurious white egyptian towels and robes. The bedding was crisp and new and good quality ensuring a good nights sleep!
Entertainment-All satelitte channels including sky which we enjoyed and a good choice of DVD's.
Leisure-Hot tub abd swimming pool were a delight and we felt so refreshed. We enjoyed many BBQ's. Pool table, table tennis table and darts board all free of charge.
Very spacious outside area where we could lounge around or move around to the games tables.
Plenty of car parking space.
The water in the swimming pool and hot tub was checked everyday.
Everything was very clean and new. We had our own kitchen as well as a communal one which was very well equipped. microwaves, washing machines etc we had everything....
No matter how much we tried there really wasn't anything we missed and we enjoyed 5 days at the villa. one trip to the local supermarket 20km away and we were sorted for the whole stay.
Very friendly hosts whose visits we enjoyed and Nigel even fixed our car which was giving a problem.
Now i know why they were awarded 5 stars from trip advisor and we award them the same. *****

We spent two fantastic weeks at Casa Pino Solo in September 2012. The accommodation was excellent, we stayed in one of the ground floor poolside apartments and we had everything that we needed to make our stay a comfortable and relaxing one. The standard of decoration, cleanliness, furniture and linen were excellent and we were provided with bath towels and pool towels and bath robes, which were definitely a well appreciated bonus.
The pool was lovely and the jacuzzi was an added relaxing treat, both were well maintained by Nige. The pool table and table tennis table gave us recreational fun in the evenings.
The owners, Lisa and Nige are truly wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were so welcoming and helpful and a mine of information about the area which they so clearly love. It was a pleasure to have met them and they will do as much as they can to make sure that your stay is a memorable one, we were sorry to say goodbye at the end of our stay.
The location is perfect if you wish to visit some of the truly stunning sights of Andalucia. We wanted somewhere so that we could visit Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda, they are all within travelling distance for a day trip and we saw many beautiful sights that we will never forget. Priego de Cordoba is another little gem that is worth a visit. It is also perfect if you just want a relaxing time around the pool.
All the restaurants and tapas bars that were recommended by Lisa and Nige were well worth a visit, the food was lovely in all of them. If you do not want to drive Lisa and Nige wiil organise a for you, if you wish, which means that you can all relax.
We would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and hope to return again sometime to visit some of the places that we missed. We would also love to see Lisa and Nige again.
