Large, modern and private condo in Hamlet Village at the base of Nub's Nob and across the street from Boyne Highlands. End unit for privacy, large glass windows and upgraded amenities. Beautiful stone fireplace with natural gas. Ski in- ski out convenience, no car needed to get to ski area.

Ideal for two families or groups up to 8 interested in convenient downhill and cross country skiing in the winter. To access Nubs for skiing walk across the parking lot and slide down the cross country trail to the Orange chair. Tell the lift operator you are staying at Hamlet Village and you get to ride the chair to the top for free. Ski down to the main lodge and purchase your lift ticket for the day. Return for lunch or anytime you want a break or warm up.

Access to large private indoor pool with hot tub, sauna, and changing room at community center.

Also ideal for groups looking for world class golfing in the summer and fall. Other common activities include hiking (trails right outside condo), biking, hunting, and fishing in the summer and fall. You can hike to the top of Nub's Nob in the summer and fall and the ski area and its grand views of Little Traverse Bay will be yours alone.

Located in a very quaint community with a harbor, fine and family dining, and antique shops, along with modern day conveniences, in a classy and relaxed atmosphere. The area specializes in family type vacations. Mackinaw city and Island are a short day trip away.

If you are not familiar with the area we will provide information on restaurants, activities, and social events for children and adults.

Someone will greet you upon arrival at our condo with a key and answers to any of your last minute questions. They are the only person to contact if you have any problems, and will be enforcing our no smoking and no pets rule along with the correct number of people up to 8

Exclusive and worth it

For a busy family with children the place is the right size and has all the amenities. Love the brick fireplace and great room for end of day activities with the kids.
You are right at Nubs, just have to walk across the parking lot to get access to the X country ski trail and slide down to the orange chair.
We have told other friends who have also booked elsewhere at XMas and they did not get as much value.

Its big, beautiful, and right at the base of the Nubs Nob ski area so it is convenient. Someone meets you at the condo with the key and helps if any problems arise during your stay.

The family that rents it is very accommodating and responsive to your situation if something changes. They get back to you immediately on email and invite you to call any time.

We have told others about this place and feedback from them is the same.

This condo is spacious, warm, and nicely appointed. It is such a pleasure to be able to walk to the ski lift and go back at lunch (I hate the food at the ski areas and all those people).

By the way, we feel the best time to ski at Nub's Nob is in the spring. Less people, not so cold, and good snow. While all of our friends are thinking of warm climates we head up north.
