Fantastic bright central appartment in Berlin

This home is so bright and clean, with a balcony overlooking the canal, just steps from Unter den Linden. Friendly owner. Could not be better.Loved it!!! :)

Perfect Place to Stay!

My husband and I stayed here in March and loved it so much! It is conveniently located near the U-bahn, Alexanderplatz and many attractions. It is very stylish, cozy and clean. It is such a great price for an apartment. We were able to have a budget European vacation without feeling like we were on a budget. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Warum fährt man nach Berlin? Wir um die Stadt zu erobern - daher war dieses Appartement für unsere Zwecke ideal. Super gelegen im "neuen" Mittelpunkt Berlins - zweckmäßige und geschmackvolle Ausstattung, sauber, unkompliziert. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin 1A -sehr fürsorglich, umsichtig und zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt!
Sollten wir wieder nach Berlin fahren, wissen wir jetzt zumindest wo wir GERNE wieder anfragen um dort zu wohnen. DANKE!

nice, quiet and so central

This is a nice, sunny, central place. after a long day walking was it nice to sit on the balcony to relax. You reach almost everything by walking, or you rent a bike around the corner. the place is nice and clean, with beautyful fotobooks, tv and internet.the area is so safed, and have a bit the "kommunist charme".
We had a wonderful time in this little place!!!!

Grossartige Verkehrsanbindung: Bus Nr. 147 zum Hauptbahnhof ganz nah; Bus Nr. 100 und U-Bahn ebenfalls nahebei; in Laufnaehe: Gendarmenmarkt, Bebelplatz, Staatsoper, Historisches Museum, Maxim Gorki Theater, Berliner Dom, Nicolaiviertel etc. etc. Lassen Sie sich nicht entmutigen durch langweilige Fassade (Plattenbau) oder nuechternes Treppenhaus und Flur. Die Wohnung ist schoen, lichtdurchflutet, sauber und huebsch moebliert in modernem Stil. Die Vermieterin ist zugaenglich, hilfsbereit und um Ihr Wohlergehen bemueht. Ich fuehlte mich gut aufgehoben. Empfehlenswert!
