We rented two lovely, cozy apartments in the complex and were very satisfied with the location, amenities, waterfront and pool. The town is very accessible and cute. But my favorite part of the stay were the owners. Marinko was the perfect host. He provided us with maps, information, home made wine and even called and had a rental car delivered to us while we ate in town... AWESOME SERVICE!!! His family is refreshing and extremely friendly. I would definately stay there again... will stay there again in the future!!

I recently visited Adria-Paradise with my family, the experince was something I will not forget for a long time! As a Croatian Citizen living abroad I was amazed at how well Marinko and his family were able to build such a enjoyable and modern resort. I have travelled the world and would say that Adria-Paradise is my favorite place to vacation! Marinko and his family truly make you feel like family during your visit, if your lucky you may get to have a meal with them!

I have only positive things to say about this place. Every spring me and some friends go climbing somewhere in Europe and this was the best apartments/house we have rented so far. It is literally right by the sea. When we arrived everything was clean with sheets and towels included. The family that ownes the place were very helpful and asked all the time if there was anything missing that they could assist with. Although to cold (in April) for me my friends took a swim in the clear sea. There is also a pool which we did not try though, due to the early season. The garden includes chairs and tables and also a grill for the guests to use.

I highly recommend this place.

This was a truly great find. A beautiful, tranquil, stunning seafront location.The owner (Marinko) and his family are very welcoming and are always available should you need anything. They have thought of lots of little things to make your holiday better, like making an BBQ available to guests and a supply of beers to buy right by the sea.

A great place to relax, swim, sit in the sun with lots of local places to eat and drink.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was immaculate and the location was outstanding. Every morning we had our breakfast out on the balcony overlooking the blue Adriatic which was just a stones throw away. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. We hated to leave!

We've just returned from a mid Sept holiday and had a great time. The complex is beautifully finished with stunning views of the sea and the mountain range behind. This was actually better than advertised. The apartment was immaculate on our arrival and the beds great for those with back problems. Marinko was simply a god send and made our visit even more enjoyable. The apartments were within 10 mins walking to most of the restaurants (Tip~ try the restaurant Ante, the food was so abundant and delicious we went back 3 times). We were also very close to Paklenica national park which is fantastic for rock climbers and hikers with more epic views. Croatia has become one of our top destinations.

I dont usually write these, but considering the whole adventure I just had too, our group stayed in one of the apartments, and I would rate the apartment as very good, the overall setting of Adria Paradies was however excellent, very scenic, great sea on your doorstep, it always felt quiet and private, even on the beachside or pool loungers.
An honourable mention to Marinko and his mother who were great hosts, Marinko's help when we had car trouble was above and beyond anything we could of hoped for, and saved us a fortune too by negotiating with the locals for help. All in all you could not find better hosts.

Please leave this empty during august, the more people that find out about this the less chance we have got to go back!! It is a not to be missed vacation spot. Wonderful owner who cannot do enough for you. Views are stunning, pool is great, sea pure blue and calm. Quiet, walm, just a great place. Town is a short walk with more places to eat than you can use. Market is open every day, prices are very cheap. (2009) Oh Marinko will pick you up from the airport if your flying for a very nominal cost around £10.00. Make sure you try the home made wine. Visit now before Croatia joins Europe, before it starts to change. We took the car, Dover to Stuttgart to Sloviena the Croatia. Dont forget to buy car tax discs at boarders. Then Croatia to Austria to Prague to Frankfurt then Calis. The whole 8 days in Croatia was very relaxing and a meat feast not to be missed. I could go on and on but that would spoil the walm relaxing sunshine. Not really one for the teens as theres nothing to do but sizzle and swim.
