One of the best I have rented
Just returned from an outstanding vacation. We have rented many villas/condos in the past and own a home that we rented to guests. I would book this particular villa again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend it to friends.
In addition to being situated on a private cul-de-sac, it was immaculately clean, convenient to the parks (especailly Disney), & convenient to shopping (outlets, Walmart). Carol & Joe make you feel like you are welcome in their home and provide many personal extras that other villa rentals do not offer (use of their bikes, many baby items, etc.). Terra Verde is well maintained and has a wonderful clubhouse & Tiki bar at the pool (which had entertainment on the night we arrived).
Definitely one of the better rental experiences that I have had. Hopefully, it is not booked the next time we take a trip to Disney.

Winter vacation 2012
Myself and two teenage sons stayed at this lovely Villa for a week over spring break, Grandparents visited for a couple of days, more then enough room, loved the open concept kitchen family room, very spacious, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walkin closet was also very nice. The place was very clean, no issues what so ever. Very quiet, private as it is situated at the end of a cul de sac, lots of green space in back yard and across street for kids to kick a soccer ball around etc. Boys enjoyed the facilities at the club house, game room, table tennis, basketball court and huge pool. Only 15 minutes or so from Disney. Highlights of our vacation were the day at Cocoa beach only an hour away, great for teenagers went boogy boarding in the huge waves. Went for a helicopter ride over Orlando,with Sunshine Tours. The owners were very helpful, gave us lots of info regarding, places to shop, eat, things to do. We will definitely be travelling this way again, having a lovely home to stay in made this vacation one we will not forget. I would definitely recommend this Villa to our family and friends.

Perfect Florida Vacation Spot
Our two families (eight of us) recently stayed at this spacious, tastefully decorated villa in Terra Verde and we couldn't have been more pleased with our whole experience. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures, except the pictures don't do the home justice. Very clean and beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and the backyard faces a nice wooded area which gives it even more privacy. Would definitely recommend having the pool heated if staying in the winter, as we were able to enjoy it each day even though it did get quite chilly. The owners were always very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had upon booking. We were quite nervous and hesitant about renting for the first time, but our whole experience has gone very smoothly. The Terra Verde resort itself is very well kept and all the homes look well-maintained. Having a secure gated entrance gave us an extra sense of security. Our son enjoyed walking up to the lake and fishing most mornings. Even though he didn't catch anything, we saw lots of Florida wildlife. We didn't have a chance to use many of the resorts facilities, but we did have a peek at them and would definitely like to hang out at the resort pool & Tiki Bar next time. The community is perfectly located, just off the 192, but just far enough out so you don't feel like you're in the middle of it all. Easily accessible to all the major routes. On our last day we went picking oranges at 'Showcase of Citrus' - beautiful spot and a fun experience - not too far away.
It really felt like a 'Home away from Home', and we wouldn't hesitate to book again from this couple. Our Thanks to Carol & Joe!

April Vacation 2010
What an amazing property!
My wife was hesitant to look at rental houses for vacation as we had always used hotels and did not know what to expect. When we walked in we were stunned, it far exceeded our expectations. A well appointed and cared for home. The heated pool was great, we loved taking a dip after visiting the Disney parks. The kitchen was huge and stocked with everything a cook would need. The laundry in the garage was convenient.
We did not fully appreciate the Terra Verde Resort until looking at the other "Resorts" around Kissimmee. Felt completely safe there, gated community with 24hr security at the gate.
Can't wait to re-book. We are taking this year off from Florida and heading to Tennessee instead but will be back in 2012. We would never consider staying anywhere else in the Kissimmee area.

Everything was perfect
We stayed here for our Disney visit and everything was great. Very clean and well furnished, not a bug in sight. The kids could have spent the whole week in the pool.
