A Dream Vacation and Location

We have just returned from our second visit to Villa Panorama and loved it just as much, if not more, than last year. The villa is located on the peninsula outside Kas and has the most incredible views from all rooms over the sea towards the Greek island of Meis and other islands. The villa is simply splendid and wants for nothing. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate throughout due to the immense love and care that Michael, Ulku and their team devote to it. They have thought of everything to ensure that your holiday is a dream from start to finish. The views are amazing - particularly the view from the wonderful eternity swimming pool. It is even better than the picture on the site. This year we did several activities and Michael and Ulku were very helpful with suggestions. We visited several Lycian ruins which were fascinating, went to a magnificent gorge, tubing down a river, mountain biking through the Turkish countryside and visited the local market in Kas which was brilliant. Most meals we had at the villa (there is a great built in BBQ) so that we could enjoy the wonderful evening sunsets and spectacular views but on a couple of occasions we went to restaurants locally which were really good (Ulku helped us again with these).
We would recommend Villa Panorama to absolutely anyone. It is a dream villa set in a dream location and run by the most wonderful people. We will definitely be back again.

We have just enjoyed a fantastic week at Villa Panorama. The property is just stunning, beautifully decorated complete with fabulous artwork and a luxurious minimalist style. It more than exceeded our expectations, which were very high given the reviews and photographs on the website. The view on waking each morning from all the rooms was spectacular!

We cannot say enough about the pool, in particular, which is designed to make the most of the breathtaking views over the Greek islands. We couldn't drag ourselves away most days, and particularly appreciated the views at night over a few drinks! The property is so peaceful, so we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing break.

Ülkü and Michael were both so lovely - you could not hope for friendlier or more hospitable hosts, offering many recommendations for places to eat, drink, visit and shop - with Ülkü even taking us on a shopping excursion which was a lot of fun and ended with us coming away with some lovely local handicrafts! My mum would have taken the whole villa away with her if she could!

The amenities in the villa are first class - we particularly appreciated the fresh bread deliveries daily and the ice on-tap!! The feeling of the place is very much one of luxury.

We visited a few bars and restaurants, but be sure to take advantage of those recommended by Ülkü and Michael as those were by far the best demonstrations of local food and hospitality.

Villa Panorama is very much one of the highest quality places we have ever visited and we would love to visit again soon - it was so hard to leave at all!! We would give it 12/10 and will certainly recommend it to friends and family!

We have just spent 9 days here with another couple and the villa is amazing - the website pictures are exactly how it is.

We spent a great week doing absolutely nothing, lazing my the pool, enjoying the fabulous views over the Med and taking in the hospitality of the people in Kas.

Ulku was always available if we needed her and explained all the local sights and things we could do...we'll perhaps do some of these on our next visit! And the daily delivery of fresh bread is a lovely touch.

Kas is a lovely unspoilt village only 10mins away with a great selection of bars and restaurants.

This is probably the best villa we've stayed in over the years and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed and beautiful place in Turkey.

Me and my group of family members (total 9) have been on the best holiday ever in Kas. The house is very big and super nice with a perfect placement on the side of a mountain. You can sit on the big teresa and have a stunning view over the swimming pool and watch the nice Greece islands in the ocean. The owners of the house are both very service minded and kind to help with arrange of transport, day trips, bread in the morning etc. They are really good to know because they are so much interested to help you in any situations. I can warm recommend this place as a secret diamante in Turkey. It is 100% sure that we will come back to Kas and of course stay at the same place. It's really a 5/5 star place - no doubt !!

My family and I have just enjoyed a fantastic seven days staying at Villa Panorama. The villa more than lived up to the description and the photgraphs and the views across the Med on waking up on the first morning were amazing. The location is great with the beautiful village of Kas only 10mins away. The property was immaculately maintained and the facilities were of a very high standard. The owner was amazingly helpful and friendly and provided us with help in organising day trips etc. The daily delivery of fresh bread was an especially nice touch. Overall, the whole family had a relaxing, fun week in luxurious surroundings with great weather. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the same.

We booked Villa Panorama because it looked beautiful and the reviews were all good but they do not do justice to just how fabulous it is when you are there.
Inside, the villa is spacious and finished to a very high standard and with Ulku's original artwork, the place has that 'designer' touch.
Outside is furnished beautifully and the villa has certainly been designed to make the most of the breathtaking views.
We arrived late at night but were still met by Ulku and have to say that our holiday was made even more special thanks to Ulku's hospitality.
We loved Kas and found the restaurants in the square provided good food and great value for money. The waiters were always very friendly and welcoming and were great with the children, doing card & magic tricks.
We would highly recommend a trip to the ancient city of Patara and the boat trip to Kekova....amazing!
We definitely would (and have) recommended this villa to friends and are looking forward to returning next year.

We stayed in Villa panorama for a one week holiday in the middle of October. This stunning villa is set on the tip of the Kas peninsular within easy reach of the lovely town of Kas. Everything about this villa is luxurious and it is obvious that no expense was spared when building it. The décor is modern and very tasteful, the infinity pool is a perfect size and has beautiful uninterrupted views of the sea and the many islands nearby. Don’t make too many plans as we just found we couldn’t leave the villa and spent all day soaking up the sun on the huge patio and gazing at the amazing scenery beyond. It is true that the pictures don’t show how lovely this place is. Also, you will not meet nicer people than the owners, Michael and Ulku, who made the booking process so easy and our stay so fantastic. Many thanks for your kind hospitality. We will be returning as soon as possible.

Upon my arrival at the Villa I was amazed by how much MORE beautiful the Villa (and its location) is than the pictures. The Villa is absolutely "Grand". The view is breathtaking. Each morning I awoke to the gentle warm of the sun through the doors to my lanai, the smell of the flowers wafting in and the sounds of the Mediterranean.

The hostess, Ulku, was so helpful...from arranging for a rental car, to familiarizing me with the town, etc. I enjoyed every moment of my stay in the Villa and exploring the surrounding area.

It was an aboslutely perfect birthday trip and one I will never forget.
