Pros:
Excellent location (Wailea)
Easy to contact and work with the owner on pricing, and questions
Great amenities, i.e., pool, jacuzzi, grills, lanai, washer/dryer on lanai of condo
Lots of privacy and quietness and condo and pool areas - very relaxing location
Beautiful landscape
Very spacious condo: master bedroom with master bathroom; large second bedroom with private bath
Very clean property outside of the condo
Price is below average listings in the area (Wailea)
Close to famous beaches: Big Beach, Little Beach, Polo Beach - great for snorkeling
Cons:
Partially neglected, i.e., dust everywhere; showerheads partially covered by calcium deposits; some of the lightbulbs were out; miscellaneous furniture from the last three decades; bathrooms not as clean as they could be upon arrival

We loved this unit. It was very clean and quiet. It's lanai overlooked the pool and part of the golf course. We especially loved enjoying breakfast on this lanai and seeing the flowering trees around us. Beach chairs and sand toys were available for our two little boys. The pools were very clean and well maintained. The flowers were gorgeous and amazing. The beach was easy to get to and I especially enjoyed my early morning walks down the hill to the beach walking path. This is a great unit for families as the owner has booster seats and portable beds for little ones. There are some toys in the unit and its very comfortable. We will rent this unit again for sure!
