All 3 apartments are very spacious and can sleep up to 7. They have been recently upgraded with new furniture, and bathrooms. Each apartment has a mall terrace facing the rear of the building. The building is located only steps from the subway, so the apartment serves as a super convenient home base for while you are out an about exploring the city. The area offers exceptional convenience to mid town Manhattan, cheap, but great food, and tremendous bang for your buck. Price includes all utilities, linens and towels, cable and high speed Internet. There are tons of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood and it is walking distance to Central Park North, The Conservatory Gardens, the Apollo Theatre, and the Jazz Museum in Harlem.

This completely renovated apartment on the 3rd floor of a low-rise building, is approximately 750 sq ft and has been completely revamped and furnished with new furniture. The apartment also features a terrace which is about 100 sq ft, perfect for a relaxing evening. There are also 2 pull out sofas in the living room, a double and a single.

Great apartment, great service

The apartment was in a great location and was clean, tidy and well looked after. Everything was as described, the service from the staff was also excellent and they were very attentive to our needs. The apartment is perfect for people on a budget looking to explore the city, there were 4 of us in our twenties and we found it to be excellent value for money. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to families, students and young professionals.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

these apartment is quite a good choise for a short or a long visit in NYC. it is very clean and equiped with all you need for your breakfast and dinner, if you don't want to go to the restaurant. subway station is just at the corner, and you are in midtown in 15mn. Free Wifi is availlable in the apartment. More, the staff of the agency is more than efficient, they answer your questions in time, it realy a pleasure to rent with them...iI recommand to rent this property.
