My husband and I were delighted with the cleanliness of this condo and the entire property. The photos and description are excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rental process couldn't have been any easier. The kitchen was fully furnished with anything you could need and everything was clean and well organized. The view from the balcony is incredible and we were blessed with wonderful weather the entire week. We hated to leave the beach but did take time to visit the Ponce De Leon lighthouse nearby and it was well worth it. We especially enjoyed not having pets or vehicles allowed on the beautiful beach. We would highly recommend this vacation condo and hope we can return in the future. Thanks for sharing it with us!

I was looking for a spacious, clean, well-maintained and safe vacation residence for my family to enjoy-
After much searching, I located Dr.Gary and his top-floor condo. Sometimes you don't get what you pay for, but that is not the case with this unit! The owner communicated quickly and made the process painless.
The unit was meticulously cleaned and had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beach at New Smyrna. We like to cook our own meals, and ended up taking every meal in our own condo, because it felt like 'home', if only for the week. We had everything we needed and more!

The beach is spectacular if you like space to run, dig and play. The ocean-view from this unit was wonderful. The parking deck was secure and ...on and on- I am big on value, and I have to say that this unit was just right. I saw several other units during my stay, but I must say that I found no other place I'd rather stay.

In the name of value, my family has not stayed oceanfront for many years- That's all changed now, as we intend to come back here for future vacations, God willing. Thanks to Dr.Gary and the staff at the Moontide for a wonderful, stress-free, safe, secure, and relaxing vacation.

Once again we had a great time at the Moontide. We've tried different condos, but find we like the Moontide best. Large, quiet beach is very relaxing. Clean and well equipped condo makes it feel like you're at home. Grocery, convenient store, Manny's pizza all within walking distance. Thanks to Gary and Linda for providing this condo. We'll be back next year.

We had a wonderful time at Moontide, with AMAZING views from this condo! After visiting a few other beaches in Florida, we're pretty convinced New Smyrna is the best - beautiful fine sand, not too hot and not crowded at all. A perfect family friendly area to stay that is conviently close to all the action you could want to visity. The beach was almost EMPTY in the morning, which makes for great walks in the morning sun. The condo is well stocked, clean and comfortable. Thank you Gary and Linda for an amazing place to stay!

My husband and I wanted to head East (Fla.) this year, and were we pleasantly surprised by this exceptional condo. Spic and span clean and furnished. Market 1/2 mile away. Just beyond is the best Mexican Restaurant (Mia Mexico) in Florida! The beach was clean and snow white. Everyday 88 degrees and sunny. Cool onshore breeze, especially nice when out on that long patio day and night. Unlimited view left and right of the ocean and waves. Turtle nests carefully marked along the beach by the local authorities. MY kids loved it (SPF 15 or better a must, as they just wanted to stay out and play). When my husband got tired of the beach and upstairs pool, he went party boat fishing 15 minutes away on the Party boats..brought home fish to cook each time. Saturday nite is weekly stock car races at New Smyrna Speedwaym, and 30 min. North is the Daytona Flea Market Fri-Sun and Daytona Speedway open every day just beyong. We spent 7 days. What serendipidy!
