Delightful three bedroom single level home with two bathrooms
This very charming, tastefully furnished condo with the feel of a single family residence is located in the much desired central Palm Springs area. Each room is decorated and furnished to make your stay enjoyable & comfortable. Very near to multiple golf courses with your own tennis courts,nearby pools & jacuzzis. Enjoy a private front patio ideal for outdoor dining & evening drinks. Two smaller patios off the master bedroom & living room open onto a lovely large landscaped gated park like garden, shared with two other homes.The pool areas are around the corner, a minute's walk. Picnic at Ruth Hardy Park, play basketball & have the kids enjoy the playground. No car? No worries! The Sun Bus stops nearby to get to get you to your destinations. The complex has 3 beautiful heated pools & hot tubs, & lighted tennis courts. Celebrity neighbours once included John Candy & Harold Robbins.

Just wanted to write a quick note about our wonderful stay at this property in Palm Springs.
We found the condo very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Our little one had a great time in the nearby pool and kicking the ball in the backyard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to do our cooking. Having a washer/dryer made everything much easier. Anne and Barry were very nice and friendly. Anne showed us around on our first day and provided us with pool floaties and tennis rackets. Went shopping to the Cabazon outlets, visited the Living Desert Animal Park and checked out the fair downtown.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was our 9th trip to Palm Springs and this condo is the most comfortable yet. Very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Convenient for Downtown and all amenities.
Anne was a delight to deal with and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending this condo.

Our home away from home!!!!

We rented the beautiful condo on March 4-6 2011. Our son had just turned 21 and we wanted to get away for the weekend. The condo was very clean. Furnished very well kitchen was fully equipped very clean inside out. The yard front and back was lanscaped beautifully the sourndings were so quite we didnt hear or see any neighbors.My extended family joined us saturday and we went to the ariel tramway and skydiving had a blast!!! Returned to the condo to a heated pool and relaxed and BBQ for dinner! This place has it all excellent check in and check the owners were wonderful and very accommodating especially with our early check in. The beds are very comfortable extra Sheets and unlimited towels were provided. Our weekend was a blast lots of fun and a very comfortable and clean place to stay!! We will be making this lovely condo OUR PALM SPRINGS HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!! We will be returning! Thanks a bunch for your part in making this weekend our wonderful family weekend!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in your home

Although my wife and I weren't looking for amenities like Golf, Tennis, and a playground, we had friends visit that we enjoyed using them with. My wife was thankful and impressed with the cleanliness and the well selected decor, and probably most of all, the extremely comfortable beds. Since I have a back that bothers me, I also appreciated having a pool and Jacuzzi to use.
Since we were there to mix a little business with pleasure, the location was perfect for accessing anything anywhere in Palm Springs with ease. When we spent time relaxing, we found the home extreemely spacias, comfotable, and quiet. Definatly a wonderful home away from home. I think most of all, we enjoyed visiting and relaxing on the private and comfotable patio and cooking steaks on the barbi.
All in all, we would recomend the property to anyone and will probably contact you for a longer stay next year. And I would be remiss not to mention how much we appreciated Ann's helpful and friendy nature.

we where two German Couples loved the Place.it is very nice ,big and clean,close to everything,very reasonable for a 3 Bedroom Place like this.

From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had found our "home away". The property is exactly as it appears in the pictures: clean, spacious, well appointed, comfortable, with all the amenities of home. The owner is gracious and friendly,very welcoming, and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure that all was going well. We now feel as though we have a friend in Palm Springs.
The location is ideal, being right in the heart of Palm Springs. It was a 5-minute car ride to the main business district (Palm Canyon Drive) and all of the shopping, dining. The neighboring areas (Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage) are within a 20-minute drive, making the entire area very easily accessible. Supermarkets, banks, gas stations, all of the mundane necessities of daily life are only blocks away, making it extremely easy to conduct one's normal life's activities. This might not be the first thing one thinks about when planning a vacation; but if it weren't as convenient as it from this property, one would quickly wish that such necessities were as nearby.
Our week-long stay at this property worked so well for us (2 adults with a college graduate son) that we no longer have to spend time finding accommodations in Palm Springs.
