Luxury five star, 4.5 bathroom home with private pool and spa
Furnished to the highest standard, downstairs at Bouganvilla features a quiet seating area with sleeper sofa, a casual dining area next to the kitchen, a family room with TV and DVD and a more formal dining room.
The five bedrooms include two master suites, one on the ground floor and with patio access to the pool deck. Both master suites are complete with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets and Flat Screen TVs. The third double bedroom has a queen size bed. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds. One of the twin bedrooms features a PSP and TV for the kids.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. The breakfast nook/bar is ideal for casual dining with a full dining room for more formal occasions.
The large pool deck – not overlooked – is ideal for sun bathing with a private pool and spa while the game room features a pool table, air hockey table and dart board. The laundry room features a full sized washer and dryer.

5 star Top Spot
We did experience problems connecting to the internet and patience is needed, but no big deal.
Pool and deck very good indeed.
Access to Disney and Universal very straightforward, aided by Tom-Tom route purchased before we left UK (cheaper than car hire satnav).
Well stocked foodstores close by cater for most tastes - and plenty of gas stations.
We visited a superb Italian restaurant at the nearby Champions Gate Resort called Trevi’s. A little pricey by comparison but the food and service was excellent.
We saw some interesting wildlife close to the house, in particular a large bird with its mate and single chick and also a small alligator in the nearby pond. We were told that the alligators are removed when they reach a certain length so that there is no danger.
In summary we all agreed that the house is close enough to the main attractions so that travel was not a problem but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax and enjoy the house and pool in peace and quiet.

Great stay at this property
The house was clean and nicely decorated. Just as pictured. We only saw 2 insects inside, during our entire 8 day stay. That is good for a Florida home. The owners were wonderful to work with. Very prompt with answers and information. Very convenient paypal payments. The house was a great value for the money.
If you chose to stay here, the gate is coded. you must press the # key before the number. You are not prompted to do that. Nearly every time we returned to the development, we encountered people struggling at the gate. We had issues w/ the internet connections, while we were there. I have emailed the owners and they are looking into it.
We will be vacationing in this area in October, with a smaller group. We have a condo booked for that trip. We would certainly book this property again, if it was available and we were traveling w/ our family of 6 and possibly a friend or two.
