Our beautiful almost 3,500 sq. ft. Plantation style home has 5 Bedrooms 3+ baths and offers stunning, panoramic, unobstructed ocean views from almost
every room. In a quiet residential neighborhood, it's conveniently located approximately ½ way between the shopping of Kailua and the beaches of Keauhou and features a private swimming pool!
Striking views of the Pacific and the dramatic vaulted ceiling in the open upstairs living space make an immediate impression of spacious elegance. The
recently remodeled kitchen is thoroughly up to date with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and, of course, is equipped with everything
a vacationer could need. There is an outdoor BBQ gas grill, food preparation area with sink and an outdoor shower with separate toilet and sink for sandy
beach goers. There are lanais off each bedroom, upstairs, where one can watch the expert surfers at Lyman's Point, or spot whales (Dec-May) and
dolphins. Binoculars give intimate, breathtaking views. The upstairs has a spacious King master bedroom and bath with waterfall sinks, walk-in closet,
and a tiled double shower. The second bedroom is a Queen, and the 3rd, which doubles as an office, has a new full sized sofa bed with a premium memory
foam mattress and wall mounted TV. Of course, we have Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets throughout.
Since there are no interior stairs, the downstairs portion of this home, with its own carport, could be a totally separate unit. Opening to a sea view lanai, the brand new kitchen/living room is charming and comfortably furnished with oversized wicker. The spacious TV/game room has a large new sofa and a 60" flat screen TV. Around the corner is our pool table. Both of the downstairs bedrooms, one King and one Queen, have beautiful new beds, and there is a sea view from the King bedroom. All the appliances and bathroom fixtures are new. The bathroom downstairs is completely remodeled with granite countertop, double sinks, and a lovely walk-in shower with a small sitting area. There is also a brand new second washer and dryer in the lower unit.
