Our home is a beautiful place to relax with its own pool and spa. Ideal for two families or taking grandparents along(no stairs to climb) or for a family who just like space! Built in a conservation area, our home backs on to unspoilt natural land.
Whether you are travelling with another family or with relatives, you have the choice of 2 master bedrooms each with king size beds and en-suite and a further 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and two with twin beds. Our home is centrally air-conditioned and can be heated in winter if needed. Likewise the pool and spa can be heated (not necessary in the summer months).
Addtional facilities: There are a range of additional options to enhance your stay. Including:

I am a management consultant specialising in IT commercial contracts.
I bought the home primarily as an escape from the UK weather from time to time. With three growing boys that will soon leave home, I hope the attraction of a home in the sun will entice them to spend more time with my wife and I. The boys love it over there and the thought of perpetual 'free' holidays will hopefully keep them coming back year after year.
This property has the key features I am looking for;
1) Good area
2) Gated community
3) Size
4) Amenities - eg pool, central A/C
5) Socialable layout (often overlooked but is probably the key feature) that makes my home, a home
The flow of the home is such that I don't lose the kids to various recesses of the property and I get to be more of a family. Whether we are having a table tennis tournament in the games room, relaxing in the pool or wathcing TV, the home encourages us to be together for once. However, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we can still have our personal space. My wife, when she is preparing meals, is included since the kitchen is an open plan area next to the lounge.
For me, lying in the heated pool for 3 hours on New Year's day, with a continual supply of cold beers (in my plastic thermos glass of course) was one of the most relaxing way's I have ever found to see in the New Year

Thank you also for allowing us to have a late departure on the Saturday, we spent the morning at Universal Studios then chilled by the pool for the afternoon before heading to the airport.

Brilliant House - Brilliant Location!
The location is perfect, being lovely and quiet, but also only 10 minutes from Disney.
The house is perfect with a large pool, recently extended deck area and games room which is just what is needed after a long day at the parks to relax and unwind before heading back our to eat at the many excellent restaurants which again are within a 10 minute drive.
The decor is modern and stylish and kitchen is equipped with all the latest gadgets, equipment and cutlery you could ever need.
Bedrooms are luxurious and beds are very comfortable, so a good night sleep is guaranteed before the next day's activities!
The owner was really helpful before our trip and provides a video and information pack which will be really useful for even frequent visitors to Florida.
We would definitely recommend this house to any of our friends and work colleagues and hope to return in the not too distant future ourselves.
