This apartment exceeded our expectations for value, location cleanliness and near new condition!
We stayed for a period of 10 nights and could not have asked for a better apartment with a great location. There are so many things to see and do around Soho and central London is at your doorstep.
We had the choice of tubes and buses as well as being able to walk to busy oxford and regent streets. Theatre's and china town around the corner lots of bars and cafes on our street. Being in such a fantastic location it is only expected that there be noise, so if you can handle street noise then you wont have a problem.
Solly and his assistant were very helpful, we were met on arrival and were given brief instructions on how to use facilities and were told to contact him for any further questions.
Overall great spot we will definately be back again!!!!

Olympic Games in London - Summer 2012

We stayed three nights in this appartment in Soho during the Olympic Games.
The apartment is nice, with a large living-room and two bedrooms (one for my wife and myself, one for our two kids). Large flat-seceen TVs are provided in each room.
Kitchen is in the living-room, and has a Nespresso Machine
Bathroom is comfortable, with a bath tub, but the shower should be improved.
Soho is a very active and exciting area, with many restaurants, pubs and bars, so it may be a little noisy until about 1am, but this was not a problem for us, being really tired every night.
Underground is quite near, about 5 min. walk (Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus & Tottenham Court Road), as well as all important shops (Tesco 5 min., bakery 1 min., etc.).
It was a perfect stay for our family, and I thus recommend this address.

amazing location, beautiful apartment

The apartment is very nicely maintained with all the amenities you need for your vacation. It is spacious for 4 but might be too cramped for 6 people.
The location is really amazing - opposite the street you have Paul's boulangerie, all of soho and chinatowns restaurants in a minute or two walking distance. The only side about this is that it is somewhat noisy, especially at the weekend.
Eli and Solly are very helpful and nice. They were extremely flexible and allowed us to leave our luggage until late on our departure date. For late arrivals, we recommend using the transportation offered by Eli and Solly - its a bit more expensive than a regular taxi but he knows the way and keeps a key for the apartment.
Definitely recommend this apartment (or others by Eli and Solly - look for knightlyproperty on the web) anytime.

Awesome location very central and in the middle of pubs and restaurants - although not too noisy.
Even for a group of 6 People the flat did a great job.
Shower could be redone. But works out if you only stay a few nights.
Can warmly recommend a stay there.

Fanastic Customer Service and Communication

Solly assuaged my fears about all the fraud that happens whilst looking for a London holiday rental.
We booked the Duvall Suite but then work got in the way and we had to cancel. Solly and Eli refunded our £500 deposit, no muss, no fuss.
We look forward to rebooking once we have new vacation days and after the Olympics have cleared out.
I cannot recommend them enough for their courtesy, communication and patinece.

We had a thoroughly terrific stay recently and the apartment suited our purposes perfectly. Its noisy - but we were prepared with ear plugs (suggest others do the same) but any disruptive noise is outweighed by location and convenience to everything we needed. My only advice is - as you are carrying those shopping bags up the stairs, remember, what goes up must come down!

Near all the action!!!!!

Spent four nights at this location. Apartment was very clean and exactly as was show in pictures and description. There were five adults and we never felt short of space. The full kitchen was a plus as there is a market right around the corner and we ate breakfasts in. The SoHo location was full of excitement around the clock!!! If you love the theater,dining or just people watching this is the location for you. Everything is in walking distance. Because you are in the middle of SoHo it is noisy at night, but Solly has provided a white noise machine for the room closest to the street and it works great. Solly was extremely helpful throughout the whole rental process, and was available by cell phone if needed. Will certainly recommend this apartment to all of my friends going to London.

Fantastic apartment in SoHo

It's been a great pleasure to stay in Sollys apartment in SOHO. It is very central to everything in the center and there are fantastic dining opportunities just around the corner. The apartment contains everything you need during the stay in London, and there are also great shopping opportunities at the apartment.There is life in the streets and there is some noise, but it is definitely a charm of staying in the center. Solly is a very friendly and helpful host, and I strongly recommend renting this apartment from him. I'll definitely come back here, next time I'm in London.

What a wonderful surprise to find such a high-quality apartment at this price in Soho! All the theatres and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance from the apartment. After a long day in the city it's nice to come 'home' at night instead of going back to a hotelroom. Espacially when travelling with teeangers who would need their own hotelroom.
You find everything you need and much more in this apartment; 2 spacious bedrooms, a nice bathroom and large kitchen/livingroom. And when you don't like to go out at night: you'll find plenty of take-away options nearby.
We definitely return to this apartment when visiting London again.

We stayed in the Norton Suite during a glorious London April. We chose the location because of its proximity to four Underground stations, the culinary range of Soho and...well...it's in Soho.
We loved staying here with our eight year old son who loved the diversity of the people around and didn't take the slightest bit of notice of the, erm, places of questionable repute. With some nifty navigation you can easily steer the kids around the worst of it which by all accounts is tame compared to days gone by.
You can walk everywhere, the flat is very well fitted-out and the only genuine complaint is the noise from outside, which is hardly the fault of the flat itself. An ingenious little white box with a switch on it drowns out the voices of the revellers below, something we were quite sceptical about until we discovered it worked. Our son, who will complain at the slightest noise, didn't even notice.
We were a bit mystified by the presence of three coffee machines but with Milk Bar two minutes walk away, there was no chance of us drinking Nespresso. The ice cream across the road is unbeatable and the beef pho at NAM for a scarcely believable £5 became a firm favourite. You're a short walk away from great independent and chain restaurants, including some amazing Thai, as well as Tesco, the Co-op so you have no chance at all of going hungry. There's even a pub literally at the front door, so you won't go thirsty if that's your thing. You're well catered for no matter which meal you're eating, including, I would venture, an early morning kebab.
Everything worked, nothing broke and it is a very comfortable place to come home to after hard day exploring this amazing city. And it beats the hell out of the hideous and over-priced hotels of London.
Strongly recommended, we'd gleefully stay here again.
