The apartment includes:-A living room with air conditioning, flat screen TV 32 'with satellite pay channels, and two sofas that convert both into a double bed 1. Two 20m-wide air-conditioned rooms also each: a room with a double bed 1. 40m wide, and the other with 2 double beds of 140cm and a single bed in bunk. -Both rooms with their own bathroom with hot water, and its own air conditioner (ie, with 2 bathrooms)-A full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc.., With all your dishes and utensils for 8. -A storage battery with a laundry-and a terrace with table and 4 chairs, with views of the pool, beach, sea and in the walled city. The views from this apartment are beautiful, but that was the only good part of this accommodation. Overall our stay in this building was extremely disappointing. There were a whole series of things that made it this way.
First, we were promised an apartment with a washing machine and microwave. Upon arrival, neither were in the apartment. We were told that the cleaners would do our laundry, but they refused to tell us how much it would cost beforehand. Right.
Second, upon arrival we were charged an "administration fee" that was not disclosed beforehand. Hidden charges. Nice.
Third, the apartment itself was dirty and musty. To be honest, it didn't look as though it had been cleaned before we came in. There was dirt all over the floor, dust on chairs and the whole place smelled very musty.
Fourth, two of the elevators in the building were out of service while we were there, so there were huge lineups to get upstairs.
There are many nicer places to stay in Cartagena. Don't bother with this apartment. Look elsewhere.

Mi familia y yo acabamos de pasar una lindas vacaciones en este hermoso apartamento, con una vista sin igual, muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con una piscina bella y muy aseada, en un edificio muy bonito a la vista y organizado desde la recepción hasta los pasillos, nos sentimos muy cómodos y lo mejor es que el apartamento es tal cual como se ve en las imágenes, lo recomendamos 100% y esperamos pasar nuestras próximas vacaciones allí.
