Equipped studio for a comfortable stay
Ideally situated in the heart of Paris, this charming studio (25m²) is close to the 'Quartier Latin', Universities, Le Panthéon and Mouffetard area. The building is located in a lively area with restaurants, bars and shops. The building is secured by digital code access. The flat is on 4th floor with lift.
The nearest metro station is 'Glacière' (2mn walk) on line 6 direct access to Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées and Gare Montparnasse.
Very easy access by RER B from CDG (Charles De Gaulle Airport) and Eurostar (Gare du Nord).
Also you have bus stop in front of the building.
The flat is fully equipped, flat screen TV, Internet access can be provided.
Bathroom with bath tub and washing machine.

Wonderful stay

The listing was quite accurate. The apartment was small and cozy. The kitchen had everything but a toaster. There was a great washer, but no dryer and nowhere to hang clothes to dry. There were restaurants, grocery stores, and a metro station nearby. The neighborhood was not incredibly interesting, and it was a bit of a ride to the sights, but it was quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

I fall in love with Paris( and that's also because of your studio that gave me opportunity to hang out whenever I want cause there were a lot of awsome places just in a few steps from here!)

The place is exactly as described and shown on the photos. It was easy to get in the appartment, the owner explained everything very clearly before our arrival.
The only thing we though it was a bit short on is the lights: no lampshade, lightbulbs hanging on the wires in the hall and bathroom and there was no electricity going through the socket, next to the bed. But these are minor things and all in all, we very very satisfied with the studio.
As others said before, the place is great for a romantic getaway or just being a tourist and don't have the sterile feeling of being in a hotel - live with the locals!
Good location, quiet neighbours. 2 minutes to a metro station. There's a cafe/bar right next to the building, and a lovely boulangerie 3 minutes away on the other side of the main road, with amazing breads and real baguette!! Food shop is closeby as well, on the other side of the road.
We would definitely come back again, enjoyed our stay!

Great Apartment for Couple Getaway!

We loved staying in this apartment in 13th Arrondissement. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is clean and the bathroom is very nice with a full bathtub and a washing machine. :) The kitchen is smaller and I wish there was a tea kettle, but otherwise it was clean and tidy. The TV is nice and even though the Wi-Fi wasnt working when we were there the owners tried to help fix the issue.
We loved the Chinese restaurant and the grocery store across the street. There is a brasserie being remodeled 1/2 block away and we can wait to come back to try it out!
Walked to Pantheon, Jardins de Luxembourg, La Sarbonne, & Notre Dame.
Great place for the price, we will come again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apt is in a great location, and it was easy to get to other parts of the city. The apt was clean and even though the walls were a little thin (we could hear neighbors sometimes), it was a nice, calm building. Close access to 2 grocery stores and lots of bakeries. Property manager was very helpful. We will stay again!!

Everything in the Studio was fine.
It was very easy to get the key and give the money, 'cause it was a little save at the door for these things. So we could get the key very late at the night.
On the departure day we must left on 10 o'clock, I think that's a bit early..
Everything was very near; Restaurants, Bars, Cafés and different Supermarkets.
It was a very nice stay!
P.S The shower is excellent and I think it's very new.
