True Oceanfront Kona Condo Rental Units! One bedroom with 2 full baths. See my two bedroom listing #357473. Both units are only 30 feet from the ocean with incredible views from the lanai with stunning Hawaiian sunsets and surfers riding the waves. Kona Bali Kai Resort is on famous Banyans surfing beach on Alii Drive, just two and a half miles south of the quaint town of Kailua-Kona where you will find great restaurants and shopping. Banyans Beach, famous for its intermediate surfing, is on the south end of the complex.

Enjoy watching surfers, whales, dolphins and turtles right from your own private 200 square foot lanai along with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean. The units are so close to the ocean that you can watch turtles navigate the thundering waves as they come to shore on the Kona Bali Kai beach.

My first trip to The Big Island was when I was 21 years old and I fell in love. Never then did I think I would be fortunate to own oceanfront property here.

What makes this condo unique

I go snorkeling with Sea Paradise EVERY time I come an sometimes two times. I love the early morning going over Saddle Road and the Botanical Gardens in Hilo are not to be missed. It is relaxing on the lanai watching the surfers. And I get all the books and magazine read that I don't have time for at home.

Just wonderful! The ocean view, sounds, smell - nothing like it. We had to go to our timeshare and would have rather stayed in your beautiful condo. Thank you so much Liane for allowing us to share this condo. We will be back! Thank you for the memories.

This was our first time to Kona and this was better than home away from home. We had everything we needed and more! The lanai morning and evening was a real treat, love the sunsets. We had a fantastic trip and a very relaxing time.

What an amazing vacation! The first night we were here, we saw turtles right off of our lanai! Also if you go out on the lanai, look to the right, there's a little sandy beach, that's where we got engaged the first night we were here!!! Wonderful view, great weather, swimming and snorkeling! Had lots of fun!

So close to the ocean - watched turtles every day. Sunsets on the lanai are awesome! It was a wonderful experience in all aspects. The rooms are nice and quiet. Had a great time and wonderful stay. Mahalo!

We had a fabulous stay here!

Our favorite part was enjjoying the lanai! We loved having breakfast and cocktails watching the surf and turtles. We loved the volcano at night. You could see the lava flow and the milky way. We truly enjoyed our short visit. There is so much to do. We will definitely be back!

We were here for the 4th time from Coquitlam BC

As always we had a great 3 week stay. Yes......we will be back next year....this time for a month. We brought our best friend with us this year and he was so impressed that he also is making plans to come back as well. As always we made good use of the lanai and watched 3 surfing competitions. We watched the spinner dolphins every day and as always turtles were in abundance. Aloha and Mahalo!
