We had a fantastic time at Villa Mirca. I cannot speak more highly of it . First of all, Brac is a beautiful island, with lovely places to visit and warm, friendly people almost all of whom speak very good English. Villa Mirca itself is a beautiful home, tastefully decorated, very spacious and has all the amenities you could ever need. It is right next to the beach in a charming location. Our host Sanja was wonderful and went way above and beyond what any home owner has ever done for us in the past when renting vacation properties. She came in to see us every day to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions for what to visit, activities, restaurants etc. She organized many things for us - car rentals, boat rentals , taxis etc. but most impressive were the wonderful evening meals she catered for us cooked by her very talented father who was a chef. We really enjoyed not having to get organized to go to a restaurant every night with our family of 12. We were able to sit outside and enjoy our delicious meals, served to us in a very elegant fashion. We all had a wonderful time and felt very spoiled by our charming, gracious hostess. I would recommend Villa Mirca to all families looking for a stress-free, luxurious holiday in a great location. Thank you again Sanja!

A large group of 4 families ages ranging from 5 to 60 (17 in total) converged from UK and USA to arrive to enjoy 2 weeks on Brac.
Superb service started with an efficient transfer collecting us and arranging airport to villa transfer by private bus and taxi boat ( even though we were 2 hours late).
Location of the villa was even better than we had expected, right on small beach (mainly locals inhabited) with private pool. Small little beach cafe and restaurant serving pasta/pizzas and local dishes(excll. value) minute from the villa allowed individual groups to take daytime snacks/meals/ice creams as we pleased. Kids also loved diving into beautiful seas at end of pier.
Dinner was arranged for first night catering arranged by villa manager,Sanja, simply lovely food suited all 17 of the party! So good we had many more catered meals over the fortnight, excellent value and use all local supplies.
We hadn't made any plans about what to do before we arrived but Sanja assisted us with many ideas and arranging all sorts of dayout events and transport including: Taxi boat all day around the coastline, kids loved stopping and jumping off boat into beautiful clear seas; windsurfing in Milna ; Dinghy sailing in Bol; Yacht charter from Split; dinner in restaurant up the mountain etc. etc.
Teenagers loved the pool table in the villa and adults found gym helpful( to remove some of the affects of all the lovely meals) and wi fi well used by all.
The villa provided service as in a hotel but with the privacy and freedom of a villa, towels changed, beds made , villa cleaned inside and out every day.
The only very slight disappointment was the BBQ which was an indoor 'oven', so not the sociable outside cooking experience we are used to, however we discovered that cooking for 17 of us was really far too much like hard work as catered meals were very good value and all the clearing and washing up done for you!
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and location to anyone who enjoys beautiful scenery, sea, food and fun thrown in with superb service.
