Having the crystal blue waters of the Messinian bay and the magical earth of Mani as its background, the Aspasia house literally hangs over the Stoupa village. The house has been built partial with stone, in two storeys, and is 100 sq.m. having tree bedrooms at the lower floor and a bathroom, and a living room+kitchen, and a WC, at the upper floor. The large terrace offering a magnificent view to endless sea and magical sunsets.
The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, all day hot water, air-condition, TV, DVD, car parking area, and more.
Aspasia house is less than 3 minutes drive to the Stoupa’s beaches.
Suitable for groups of friends or large families.

Fantastic Villa

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this fantastic villa. This is the second time that we have stayed in Stoupa and the villa really made this a superb holiday. The views and location are all fantastic, the location is close enough to Stoupa but far enough to feel 'away from it all'. Sitting with a chilled glass of wine on the balcony is bliss!!
The villa has been well maintained and tastefully furnished throughout. The owners, Thanasis and Anspasia are very friendly and helpful.
We do intend to go back to Stoupa and would certainly use this villa again. We would also recommend this villa to all our friends.

A Superb House with Incredible Views

Just spent another fantastic half term week with the kids (10 and 7) in Stoupa, and what a fantastic property we rented. Thanasis and Aspasia were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The property was immaculate and very like the photos posted. The views from the property were just incredible and most nights we'd settle down on the terrace with a bottle of wine and some nibbles to watch the sun go down over the sea and mountains.
The property is only a few minutes drive from Stoupa at most, but a little too far to walk given the steepness of the hill, so a hire car is a must to treck to a from the beach and restaurants in the evening.
We'd give this property 6 stars if we could!

What a great house!

Beautiful views overlooking Stoupa Bay from every window and the house offers spacious accomodation with every facility for a wonderful holiday. A/C, fully fitted kitchen and huge storage space in every bedroom. The lovely owners live next door are are available for any help that you may need during your stay.Total privacy is guaranteed and its an approximate 5 minute drive into Stoupa. A car is obviously essential but if you have no need to stay in Stoupa village itself, then this is the house for you. We shall return!

Great house, great area, kind and helpful owner

We spent five days in Aspasia House. A comfortable, clean and newly-built base to explore the region.
The owner, Thanasis, is very helpful. He provided us with insider tips on e.g. secluded bathing spots (rock pools with sea caves of the bluest and cleanest of waters), walks and climbs on Mt Taygetos, and indulging into Greek Easter processions and celebrations.
The area, the house, hospitable people like Thanasis, they all ensured a happy holiday for us and great sympathy for Greece (never been there before).
