Location, location, location. This exclusive home is located just 2 traffic signals from the Disney main entrance.

Private pool, Jacuzzi, Hot Tub and Games Room.

This detached house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private screened pool, jacuzzi and Hot Tub. The home is furnished in a contemporary style throughout and every conceivable item is supplied, including linens, towels, iron, cooker, dish washer and more. All common areas are tiled.

Bedding arrangements are romantic four poster king in master, king in second master, Two twin beds in bedroom three and two twin beds in bedroom four. Bedroom four is Disney themed. The private pool is fully screened with open fields to the rear and also features a powerful jacuzzi and stand alone Hot Tub and quality deck furniture.

Tv's in Family Room and all bedrooms.

Games room has 8 foot pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts.

Disney is 3 miles. Celebration is 5 miles. Kissimmee is 12 miles.

Nightly Rate is FROM $129 per night plus taxes at 13%

Actual rate depends on occupancy, duration of stay & time of year. Please e-mail for firm quote.

20% Deposit secures reservation. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

NO Cleaning Charge for stays of 6 nights or more.Cleaning Charge of $80 for stays of LESS than 6 nights.

Pool heat is optional at $20 per night for number of nights house reserved.

Hot Tub always heated free of charge.

We were very pleased with the house and the location. We wanted to be fairly close to Disney but still far enough away for peace and quiet at the end of the day . The description of the property was very accurate and we had absolutely no complaints at all. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and lots of shopping within a few minutes of driving. We can`t wait to go back again next year !!

We stayed 7 nights in this beautiful home with our daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grand children. The home was well decorated and very comfortable. About 15 min from Magic Kingdom and closer to EPCOT. 30 min from the airport. Very convenient for us grandparents and our young grandchildren. I highly recommend visiting the Kennedy Space Center while in the area. It was the best part of the trip for me. I would have given a 5 star rating if paper products (towles, napkins) and bath soap had been provided. Also, we were required to launder towles and sheets upon departure but no laundry dertegent was provided.

We really enjoyed your home and all your help booking, it all went so smooth. If anyone in a large group as ours, (7) renting a home is so much better then any hotel or condo. The house was neat and clean and we all enjoyed our stay!

As a VRBO member myself, I would suggest you have larger pots and pans as cooking for 7 was difficult in the small pans there. I also think you should let people know that things like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags are not therej, your add makes it sound like more is supplied. I hope these suggections help future guests, and we would stay there again.

WE stayed at this property for 5 incredible days my 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren, it was very clean comfortable well maintained and very close to everything, we could come and go from the parks at naptimes with no problems had a very relaxing and fantastic time this is the only way to take a trip to Disney!!! Amazing!!!

Great Time!

We stayed at this house for 4 days and enjoyed every minute. We stayed with some friends of ours who also have 2 small children - both master bedrooms were plenty large, and it was great that once the kids went to bed the adults could still stay up and talk and relax, as opposed to being cramped in a small hotel room. In addition, the proximity to all the theme parks was amazing, it literally was a 8 minute drive to the Disney parking lot, and even shorter for Epcot.

This was my first time using VRBO and so was a little wary as to what I might find. This place was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It really is only 5 minutes from Disney as well as having close access to other main thoroughfares for travelling around Florida. It is also perfect for just sitting relaxing whether inside or out.

Thanks a bunch for such a wonderful experience!

Next time I visit I will definitely be checking to see if it is available.

Just came back from a week in the home. Definitely worth looking at for your vacation. Spacious, great location, and convenient. Literally 5 to 7 minutes from every Disney park. Anything you need is within a few minute drive... gas, stores, shops, restaurants. I would definitley stay there again.
