Living area with three seater, two seater sofa, armchair, footstool and 42' HD flat screen digital cable TV,and DVD player. Also a dining room table and six chairs. A separate kitchen with nook and table and chairs. The living areas and bathrooms are all fully tiled with Italian tiles and all the bedrooms are fully carpeted. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large garage with room for two cars. Outside the garden is fully-fenced and private with pool furniture. The pool is 24 by 13 and can be heated. Although this house sleeps six adults comfortably, a cot or roll-away bed can also be used.
