5 double en suite bedrooms, air conditioning - plasma screen TV - swimming pool

St Constantine is only 1km away, Varna only 10 km.

As soon as you open the entrance door, you will have your breath taken away with the sweeping circular staircase, leading up to 5 double bedrooms, three with sea views balconies.

The house was built in 2005, to very high standards, including air conditioning in every room, en suite bathrooms to all bedrooms. The family TV room has a 42' Plasma screen, with a surround sound DVD player.

The house has many hidden areas where you can relax, such as the ball chair balcony area, with fantastic sea views.

You might wish to relax in the steam room, or swim in the outdoor pool.

For those of you who like cooking, there is a large ultra modern kitchen with double ovens, induction heated hob, double fridge freezer with ice maker, wine cooler, dishwasher, washer and dryer. A lovely limestone breakfast bar as well as two six seater rotating dining tables in which to enjoy your cuisine.

Holiday satisfaction assured.

Relaxation: Enjoy your days by the pool, enjoying a bottle of your favourite wine or champagne, cooled by the separate wine cooler situated in the most luxurious kitchen even the film stars would be envious of!

Luxury: The property was built in 2005 with no expense spared.

If you enjoy self catering holidays, but don't want to compromise on luxury, this is it!

You will feel like a celebrity the minute you walk through the large front door, and will long to return, long after your holiday is over.

Departure: On your day of departure, if we have other guests arriving on the same date, you must allow access for the cleaners from 08.00 , we would prefer it if you could vacate the property by 10.00 am but if you have later flights you will be able to leave cases etc.

Please also note that you are renting the property on a self catering basis, and therefore you must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, as you found it. Even though we provide cleaners - just to make sure everything is in tip top condition for when new guests arrive.

brandnew Villa out of center with awsome pool!!

I'm from Berlin, Germany, but I guess more ppl speak english so I'll stick to that.

The villa looked too good on the pictures so we weren't even sure if it exists! Brandnew place stuffed with high-end equipment from expensive brands (Miele-dishwasher etc.)
Everything is very clean an neat.

The place is a little out fo the center, but you can always get a taxi. There's a tiny shop where you can buy everything you need for breakfast and lunch. Make sure to get a map or a GPS/smartphone to be able to tell the drivers where to drive you back to. 'Behind the dental clinic' are the magic words that most drivers understand.
The place is close enough to Varna and 'Goldstrand' / 'Golden sands' for day- or night-visits ;-)

The place looks exactly like on the picture. Just the houses around it you can't see, but nobody was home, when we where there...

Absolutely fantastic

We never dreamed it could be so good in Bulgaria.
The house was simply fantastic, we especially enjoyed the steam room and the swimming pool.
Did the kitchen come out of a home magazine? It really is fantastic.
We will definately book again.
