Situated in a quiet street and yet only 100 meters from the beach

Characteristic detached house, situated in a quiet street and yet only 100 meters from the beach and a mere 500 meters from the lovely centre. There is a terrace with seats both in front of the house and at the rear. One will also find a souterrain with a second living/bedroom/bathroom. Because of that this accommodation is perfect for people who like to have their own privacy. There is an attractive living room with a lounge and dining area and a modern kitchen on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms (a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed) on the first floor, as well as a bathroom with a bath. You can see the waterhouse from the balcony! You can gain access to the basement via the rear of the property, where you'll find a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Wir haben eine Woche bei durchwachsenem Wetter mit 6 Personen und 3 Generationen verbracht - dafür ist das Haus absolut groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Schön ist vor allem, dass es Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und ausreichend viele Spielsachen gibt. Die Entfernung zum Strand, Einkaufsstraße usw. sind kurz und gut zu Fuß zu erledigen.
Einschränkung für Autofahrer ist, dass man nur "illegal" vor dem Haus parken kann - sonst muss man den kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz am Ende der Straße für 7,50 Euro pro Tag nutzen.
