Villa sleeping 8 with South facing 30ft pool

Villa Solana is a luxury four bedroomed, three bathroomed villa with a south facing oversize deck, large 30ft pool and games room. It is tastefully decorated throughout offering every amenity for a luxury home away from home.

The Master Suite has a four poster king bed with large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite. Bedrooms three and four are twin bedded and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have tv’s. The gamesroom has a pool table, air hockey and a selection of younger age toys.

This beautiful villa is located on the gated resort community of Solana. Perfectly positioned on Highway 27 it is less than 15 minutes drive to Disney World. Solana resort community offers a 4000sq ft state of the art clubhouse with resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s playpark, putting green, sand volleyball court, recreational field and arcade games. Easy access to the Interstate 4 (I4) means that beaches on both west and east coasts are only about an hour away.

We have just returned from our two week vacation at this villa and are extremely impressed.
The Solana resort is very well kept and has a secure safety feel about it, due in part to it being a 24 hour security gated complex. The staff within the gatehouse and clubhouse are extremely friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The villa is perfectly situated on the US 27 affording easy access to both the Interstate 4 or 192 and is minutes from Champions gate. The villa has some great ammenities and was spotlessly clean and tidy. The south facing oversized pool was magnificent and we chose the pool heat facility which was a god send due to the weather. Owners are a delight to deal with. We have already recommended the villa to friends and family.
Excellent choice.

My family enjoyed this home very much. It was extremely clean upon our arrival and very nicely furnished; exactly as pictured and described. It truly was like a home away from home. The game room provided a lot of enjoyment for the kids and the adults and there was plenty of room which was so much nicer than being cramped in a hotel room. The wireless internet availability was a plus! Everything was in excellent working order and condition. Our kids even took a brief dip in the beautifully kept (but very cold) pool as we did not request pool heat but of course they had to try it anyway. The Solana neighborhood is so peaceful and safe. The owner and property manager were extremely accomodating; couldn't ask for better customer service! VERY convenient to the Disney parks (approximately 10 minutes) and an easy 20 minute interstate drive to the Universal parks. I could go on and on...but we were thrilled with this rental choice!
