If you want to get into the action, you're a ten minute walk into the center of Town, perfect for people with kids who don't want to drive anywhere. If you do want to drive, the coastline is breathtaking. You can be in the state of Maine in less than one hour.

Great two weeks in the BEST location

Spent two weeks here with our grown sons and their wives. The location can't be beat! You are right on the beach but easy walking distance to so much ~ great ice cream place, laundromat, convenience store, and all the happenings in town.
The cottage is located at the end of the beach so easy on/easy off to the main land, quiet at night, beach not as crowded and sweeping view of the town of Hampton Beach.
The cottage kitchen was very well stocked! We have gotten used to arriving at the end of the summer season at a rental and having to go buy plates and silverware, working with just two or three pots and pans, and almost no cooking utensils. But we found a FULL set of pots and pans (at least 6 that I recall), all the utensils (brought my own to make family favorites - including a rolling pin - and didn't even need that), pie plates, mixing bowls, etc. What a pleasure.
Two additional pluses ~ wifi and a porch swing. We spent every morning swinging on the porch gazing at the ocean, the islands (Isles of Shoals), and boats while drinking our coffee.
The view is so wonderful that I ended up taking more pictures of the scenery than the family. Almost every day the sunrise was so beautiful and even took pictures of the moon rise.
Now that we have found this gem, we'll be back every year we can make it.

Awesome weekend retreat!!

My family and I stayed there over the weekend of 10/21-10/24....The house is described perfectly and the location is fantastic...The owner was great with answering questions and very quick to respond. Property is very well maintained...Would definitly visit again and recommend to others.

We stay here 5 days, at 8 october thru 12 october. It's really on the beach. It's a very nice place. We plan to come back next year...

The best location

My family rented this cottage in mid September for a family get together. The location could not have been better. Easy commute to Portsmouth and other seaside towns. Within walking distance to Hampton Beach restaurants so you don't have the car parking problem.

Our family has stayed at this special spot during different seasons for many years, and will continue going back. All the renovations have made it even better! If you're looking at the pics you can see how homey and panoramic it is. This is a fun, relaxing place where memories are made with family and friends, right on the magnificent beach! It's so close to the boardwalk that you don't even have to drive your car. Go out on an evening and walk home. AND! The owner couldn't be more accomodating and friendly. Thanks Cindy, you are wonderful!!!

Stayed here for a week in August, best vacation home on the beach! The location is fantastic. Very quiet at night for those looking to relax. The only noise is the sound of the waves . Just sit on the porch swing, look at the great ocean views and enjoy.

This place is great!!! We had such a great time. It feels very home-like and cozy. You can hear the ocean as you lay in the comfotable beds. Wake up and have coffee out on the porch that sits on the beach. Take an evening walk on the beach, steps off yoru porch. We love to vacation here! The owners are super nice and accomidating. All in all it is a great vacation.

The best part is waking up to the ocean right outside your front door. The view really is panoramic, and the beach is wide and deep, so you're never on top of anyone else. It's also a quick walk to the boardwalk and all the bars/restaurants right on the strip. It's nice not having to drive anywhere. I highly recommend it for a family or two couples.

This beautiful spot, right on the beach and close to everything was a perfect getaway for my family. Not only was the location great, it was clean, comfy, and pleasingly decorated. It was also equipped with all you'll need in the kitchen (including a lobster pot!). We've stayed twice already and hope to go back soon.
