I recently stayed at this apartment with my family and loved it! The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions, and has nice restaurants and bars close by.

The apartment itself is clean and feels like new. It had everything I needed. The owners are very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I had.

I would definitely recommend this place to any others, whether they are traveling as a couple, as a family, or with friends.

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. First, Tina was quick to respond to emails regarding booking and arranging arrival time. She was very flexible when we missed our train and therby had to rearrange our agreed upon time. It was raining in Sevilla and Victor, the loveliest of men, went to the train station to pick my daughter and me up. Upon arrival, Sylvia gave us a wonderful orientation to the neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean. She has it stocked with more than the essentials. It is close to all the attractions and tucked away when you want the peace and quiet of a good night's rest. Rent this apartment, you will not be disappointed.

Nuestra estancia en este apartamento fue maravillosa. En primer lugar, Tina se apresuró a responder a los correos electrónicos con respecto a la reserva y organizar la hora de llegada. Ella fue muy flexible cuando se nos paso el tren y tuvimos que reorganizar nuestro tiempo acordado. Estaba lloviendo en Sevilla y Víctor, su esposo y persona super,nos fue a recoger a mi hija ya mí a la estacion. Al llegar, Sylvia nos dio una orientación maravilloso del barrio. El apartamento es hermoso y está impecablemente limpio y esta surtido con más de lo esencial. Está cerca de todas las atracciones y escondido cuando desee paz y tranquilidad. Alquile este apartamento, no estará decepcionado.

We stay a week in this appartment en we enjoy it! The appartment has everything you needed. Victor and Tina are very nice people and do everything to make it comfortable. The appartment is in the old centre of Sevilla. The Kathedral and Real Alcazar is just 10 minutes walk.

Se trata de un apartamento muy bien situado, limpio, preparado al detalle y muy acogedor. Estuve 5 días con mis padres y para tres personas es un piso perfecto. Los dueños, Tina y Víctor nos atendieron muy bien y nos aconsejaron qué hacer y dónde ir en la ciudad. Lo recomendamos 100%.

Apartamento perfecto para hacer turismo en Sevilla. Tiene una muy buena ubicación para visitar las zonas más importantes de Sevilla a pie.

Además tiene un montón de bares de tapas para cenar o desayunar muy cerca.

En cuanto al interior del apartamento todo perfecto. Totalmente recomendable.
La habitación principal, que es la que utilizamos, es muy tranquila y silenciosa. Ideal para descansar.

Nosotros fuimos a pasar un fin de semana y estuvimos dudando entre hotel o apartamento. Al final nos decidimos por el apartamento, tanto por ubicación como por precio, y fue la mejor elección.

Los dueños muy amables. Nada mas contactar por correo nos mandaron información sobre como llegar, cosa que se agradece.

Lo único malo, que no pudimos visitar la Catedral por estar cerrada. Pero el lado bueno; ya tenemos excusa para volver. Y no dudaremos en repetir apartamento.

Our stay in Seville was great!!! The apartment was great. It was clean, had everything we needed for our week stay, located on a very quiet street with quiet neighbors. It was within walking distance of most sights and had a supermarket, ATM, restaurants, stores, bus and taxi service right around the corner. The airconditioner was an added bonus with the August heat. Tina and Victor were very welcoming and helpful. They were available for any questions we may have had at any time. Thank you Tina and Victor for a great week!!!

Nous avons passé 3 belles journées à Séville dans cet appartement très bien équipé, décoré et très agréable à vivre. L'appartement est situé dans une petite rue piétonne magnifique à deux pas de la cathédrale et du centre historique.
Un grand merci à Tina pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse et aussi pour ses conseils "touristiques" de la ville. Nous enfants étaient ravis de la visite de Séville et de l'attention faite par Tina à notre arrivée.
Vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour !!

Nous avons vécu au rythme sévillan grâce à la situation exceptionnelle de cet appartement.
Coquet, calme, trés agréable à vivre avec climatisation (trés important à Séville 42°). Trés bien équipé, il ne manque rien !!!!
Sorti de l'appartement, vous êtes déjà dans le coeur historique de Séville et de son histoire.
Je le conseille vivement et je remercie Tina et Victor pour leur gentillesse et leur petit cadeau de bienvenue.
