There are beautiful walks from gentle paths to cliff hanging expeditions. There are Mountain Bike rides for those who seek the adrenalin of this sport or Scientific study of the Fauna and Flora, the biodiversity of which is both fascinating and exceptional. Although this area is wonderfully central it is also wind free for most of the year, providing gentle tranquility which is ideal for artists and bird watchers
