Welcome to a great location in Tampa and to a clean home!

This is a very spacious, bright, one-bedroom apartment, in a private gated community, nestled in the desirable Citrus Park - Westchase area on the west side of Tampa.

BEFORE YOU BOOK A RESERVATION

BEFORE you book, send us a message with the following:

1 - Purpose of Trip: vacation, sold home, relocation etc..

2 - How many people will occupy the home (kids and adults). Passports, driver's license and other government issued ID will be needed for all occupants 18 years of age and older.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

We use a Rental Agreement which includes all normal house rules. This will be provided for your signature when you book the home.

Because it is soooo cozy, comfy, super clean and has amazing ambiance!

The areas of Westchase and Citrus Park are beautiful.

Enjoy the walking trail less than a mile away for bike riding, jogging and more.

What makes this apartment unique

The grounds are beautiful so you never have to leave the grounds.

Busch Gardens is on the SAME street less than 10 minutes away.

Big Cat Rescue is only 1 mile away.

Nice malls, movies are restaurants are very on the same street. You could walk.

Ann is a long-time friend of 10+ years.
I've stayed with her in my travels, before the likes of vacation rental services came about.

She's a natural for hosting and making her place available for a service like this. Her cleanliness and organization is a bit excessive if you ask me, LOL.

She's VERY detailed and makes sure everything is in place and will go out of her way to make others happy.
During a recent visit, I forgot my toothbrush and told her I was going to run up to the Wal-Mart, which is walking distance from her place.
She refused to let me go because she had a PACK of new ones in her bathroom cabinet.

I'm not really big on cats, but staying there, you can't even tell she has one. And by the way, she NEVER leaves her cat with guests.
Kitty travels with her. So the cat will NOT be there with you.

In short, if you're looking for an economic and convenient place to stay, that's immaculately clean and well taken care of, I'd DEFINITELY recommend Ann's place!

We had the pleasure of staying at Anne's apartment.
Anne was very good with her communication and check in.
We found the apartment to be very clean and well appointed.
The location was satisfactory to our needs , as it was near friends and relatives.
The community is gated and we felt very safe at all times.
Shopping was very close.
I highly recommend Anne's apartment, and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

If hospitality didn't exist, Ann would have invented it.
We both had a great time in her cozy apartment, close to Clearwater beach and Tampa.

Ann even thought of food and drinks and helped us on our way with very useful restaurant recommendations.

If you're two people planning trips in and around Tampa, Ann's apartment is really an awesome place to stay.
