A very large apartment with beautiful art and antiques. Spacious, great for dinners and entertaining. Small but very nice kitchen, new TVs, great bathrooms, all is very convenient yet luxurious and unique. Attentive service from owners but never intrusive.

I'd recommend this lovely apartment to families, groups, or business travelers who need extra space to work.

We were a family of four adults and one child on a summer visit to London in August. It was our first time renting in London as we normally opt for higher-end hotels. We chose this apartment for its fantastic central London location, and the number of rooms and generous space provided. The accommodation is located in a secure block in central London - very close to the west end, Oxford Street, restaurants/shops and transport links. This was incredibly convenient and time-saving during our stay in London. Upon arrival the apartment was very clean, bright, and fresh. The environment was perfect. It remained cool and pleasant inside even when the weather got hot outside. We opted for additional housekeeping during our stay, which was arranged by the landlord, and we were pleased with the cleaning and replacement of bedding and towels, which was part of the service. We very much enjoyed the size of the property (a rarity in central London), its high ceilings, and beautiful décor, which made our stay very comfortable throughout. The block is perfectly safe, secure and functional, with a lift which is perfect for transporting luggage and all that west end shopping. One minor criticism was that the cable TV lacked Arabic and other international channels. Nevertheless, we had everything we needed, and were sad to leave at the end of our stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit. I will be recommending this apartment to my friends and family, and look forward to staying there in the future.

We are a family of 4, with 16 and 18 year old children, that were fortunate to stay at this wonderful London apartment during August 2011. We found the apartment to be everything that the owner said it was. It is enormous as compared to other apartments and hotel rooms, and was a welcome place to come to after a day spent touring London. If you're going to see London and have limited time to do so, then location is everything. We didn't want to rent a car or spend much of the day traveling to the sites we wanted to go to. This apartment is within walking distance of at least 85% of the sites we wanted to see, and within 5 minutes of an Underground station and bus stop. We did not have any need whatsoever to call a cab or rent a car. Everything is close by; markets, restaurants (lots of delicious ones), shops, theaters, pubs… We didn't lack for anything. The owner, Ian, was extremely helpful and kind. He supplied us with maps of the area, information on places to go and how to get there, and local knowledge of London. He was very respectful of our privacy, called us to see how we were doing, and was always available for any questions we had. The apartment is fully furnished, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, internet, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. When you first enter the apartment, you'll swear you've just entered a plush art gallery. Many wonderful paintings are on the wall, and you'll begin to think you need an admission ticket. I'm overstating just a bit, but it truly was relaxing to come back to that large, comfortable apartment and plop down on the sofas with plenty of room to stretch out. All of us were very glad we didn't try to squeeze into some small hotel room. London was a very exhilarating stop for us, and we would definitely stay here again should we return.

my family had the good fortune to stay in this apartment. The accommodations were very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are 3 full bedrooms, a large living room, dining room, kitchen..everything one needs to not be too crowded with 3 teenagers. The was excellent- We ate several times a Demartino's, an excellent Italian restaurant across the street- there is a grocery right next store- we could walk to shows and the tube stop was roughly a 5 minute walk. I would strongly recommend these accommodations for anyone with more than 4 travelling to one of the great cities in the world

A very tastefully and beautifully decorated apartment with so many paintings that we felt we were in an art gallery. Having had been to London a few times before, this apartment denied what London hotel room or apartment size was infamous for. The floor area was also huge that we sometimes forgot we were staying in London. Each of the 3 bedrooms was also huge. The size of the master bathroom was also larger than that of many London hotel rooms. The kitchen was okay but appeared ' a little bit simple and small' when compared to the other areas of the apartment with minimal but adequate diningwares. Nevertheless, the cooking utensils and kitchen gadgets were of superior brands. This apartment was well heated too, a very important factor when staying in winter. All in all, the kids (aged 17, 15, 12 and 11) enjoyed their stay here very much especially with the large screen flat TV, PS3 games, wifi etc.
This apartment is centrally located and near to Oxford Circus area, so during the boxing day when the tube service was heavily suspended due to the tube driver strike, we just walked to Oxford street. On other days, we used the Great Portland street tube station which is about 2 minutes' walk or waited for the bus behind the next block . Madame Tussaud is also within short walking distance.

Yes, the rental was expensive (3800 GBP per week) but hey! it's in central London and for >2000 sq feet floor area, this stunning apartment is worth every pound spent.

My family and I stayed here when we took our easter holidays in London and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very well maintained and clean as well as being beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for all. It was a pleasure to come home to such a comfortable place after site seeing in London all day. Located in a nice area with a convenient shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance it was easy to eat out or to bring groceries home and cook in. Major attractions such as the British Museum where we spent a wonderful day are within walking distance. Several tube stations are also within walking distance making it a simple base from which to go all around London. As well, the beautiful Regents Park is nearby. The owners provided great customer service and sent us a detailed description of everything we needed to know about the apartment for our stay. My family and I highly recommend this place!
