My husband and I were one of the 4 couples renting the above property under the name of "LuAnn Popp" from Mn. Two of us couples flew up from New Zealand to have what we thought was this wonderful holiday retreat. All 8 of us occupants would have walked out immediately on arrival had we not been had to pay the full rent up front before arrival. The house was so dirty, cockroaches everywhere, the downstairs bedrooms were so grubby, floors had never been cleaned for so long. Curtains in twin room were ripped to shreds, I have photo's to send, the sheets on all beds upstairs and down were of such appalling quality, the valances/skirts on were both ripped downstairs, holes everywhere. The air conditioners would not go lower than 78deg. also were so noisy, As false were 4bath, as there was only 1 little bathroom for the 2 appalling tiny bedrooms downstairs, there were 3 upstairs, one for guests. The space in the 2nd master bedroom was shocking between walls and bed, all this being advertised as a top quality rental is so far off the mark, how any Rental Agency can be associated with this appalling home is disgusting. There were 3 large bags of garbage lying in the driveway on our arrival, and stayed there. The false advertising also quote a "2 car garage", there is room for only 1 car and a person had to hold the door up so we could get the 1 vehicle in, the 2nd had to remain outside. There were only 2 white wine glasses plus 5 red wine, this for 8 people. We had nothing but trouble with the dishwasher. We noted the other conplaints and nothing done about it. This home we would never recomend to anyone, it was disgusting to say the least. Your company should be taken to task for even advertisng this dirty home. Kitchen floor had never seen a bucket and wash mop. It is very obvious that neither your company or owner ever check this home for cleanliness etc. The full linen supplies from beds, bedding, curtains etc. was of such shocking quality, we feel so cheated from choosing this home from the photo's etc. supplied. I would suggest your company start doing checking and imagine just how people feel when they choose what should have been a great vacation home, to find such poor quality that one would not even find in the oldest "Motel 6" anywhere in the whole of the "United State's of America".
