The layout was perfection.facilities 1st class.Very clean and comfortable.We arrived too late to buy a meal but the welcome pack provided was enough to last us till next day.The only pub in the village{The Admirals Findochty} serve the most tasty satisfying meals.The view from the patio while having our breakfast was perfect.The people who live in the village and the holiday makers all speak to you when walking by.There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Finechty.Beautiful walks,lovely scenery.Everything is clean.The Sea is so clear and it so peaceful to just sit at the harbour and look at the sea.You can get the bus to Buckie or if there is 4 or more it is cheaper to get a taxi.Ace taxis in Buckie were very helpful.There is information in the cottage telling you all the places you can visit if this is your choice.DVD's Games etc provided for your entertainment.If our train had not been delayed we would have been met by Ishbel and Ian,but we did not meet them till the day we left.A lovely couple who kept in touch to see if we had arrived safely.I will most certainly be going back to the harbour cottage for another visit.Mind you i am 72 yrs old and i was born in the village but my daughter and her friend cant wait to go back.We were also very lucky,we got sunburnt.we had a mixture of different weather but it was warm all the time.I am hoping i will be able to download some photos but i am an amateur at this computer lark.LOL.On a finish i think Ishbel and Ian deserve There cottage to be 4 star.A very big THANKYOU to you both for making our holiday perfect.Eileen Adamson.
