Ticonderoga Cabin Rental Photos and Description
3 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6) Just Steps From the Water

The house has been recently renovated. New hardwood floors are down and the entire lake house has been painted for a bright, fresh, airy cottage feel. It has been completely refurnished with over $50,000 of Pottery Barn style and quality furnishings and accessories. We have furnished it for a beautiful feel and certainly not as a typical rental. For your sleeping pleasure we have chosen the 'Westin Heavenly Mattress' in every room. Westin describes this bed as 'uniquely designed with a plush, pillow-top construction for premium comfort and support.' We are looking for renters who will appreciate the extra touches and higher end furnishings we have carefully selected to make the experience the most comfortable and relaxing.

Located on the Northeastern Shore of Lake George with beautiful views of Rogers Slide. You can enjoy the views on this tri-level, 3 bedroom home from either the large wrap around deck off the main floor, the balcony on the upper level or the patio off the lower level. The master suite, is upstairs with a queen size bed. It has it's own bathroom with shower. The large sliding glass door leads out to a private balcony with breathtaking views. The small, cozy bunk room is perfect for the kids. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a half bath. It is located on the lower level with a walkout patio to the water. All are great spots to watch the sunset.

Just steps from the patio is the large dock. Your welcome to bring a boat and leave it at our dock. If you don't have a boat, you can rent one from the marina right down the street and leave it at the lake house for your enjoyment. There is an Adirondack style swing for you to sit, watch and listen to the waves as they break against the shallow, sandy shoreline. There is no muck to get your feet stuck in which is perfect for your swimming pleasure. The northern end is a very quiet and relaxing part of the lake. It is fully equipped with all the conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, ice maker, washer/dryer, AC, Flat Screen TV, and WIFI. We have also provided a new gas grill for you to grill while looking out at the lake. There is a public sandy beach just down down the road (less than a 5 minute walk). The kids can swim with a lifeguard, play in the sand or on the playground. It's a great spot to take the kids to have a picnic lunch for an afternoon. There is also a volleyball court and bathrooms. A state boat launch is only a mile down the road. You could certainly bring your bikes along for the short 5 mile ride into the Village of Ticonderoga.

Please see the calendar for avalibility or pricing. If you have any additional questions please feel free to email us. Thank you for viewing our lake house and we hope you can stay with us soon.

Best Regards, Scott, Kelly, Grady & Avery

Enjoyed our week in this wonderful home. Well situated on Lake and easy access to town. Loved the decks and watching boats go by, yet very quiet. We enjoyed day trips to the Fort, Lake Champlain, and visiting Orvis fly fishing facility in Vermont.

We loved it. Our own dock with boat rental right nearby, clean water, beautiful views, historic fort and a store if we needed one. Everything you could need in a vacation in a beautiful spot. Would love to go back!
