This beautiful, clean home has everything. Large master with King bed, two additional bedrooms have twin/ converts to king and pull out sofa. Beautiful hardwood and white tile floors, open kitchen/ great room with view to private pool surrounded by purple flowered vines and citrus trees.
We strongly prefer monthly or longer rentals in season, and for all weekly reservations to have Saturday check-in and check-out so that each visitor gets a 'weekend' in their stay. But if it's off-season, we can be more flexible.
Hello, we are a small family living in Naples. We bought this house for family living in town (now moved away). It has never been rented, loved like a home. Beautifully appointed.
This home is perfect because it is steps to the beach, in the middle of everything (many stores from luxury shops to Walmart, restaurants from world famous steakhouses to chains to fast food all within a mile), yet so peaceful and private.
Stairmaster and abdominizer in the garage to help you keep in shape while away. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and noodles to get you right to the beach the day you arrive.
