A great vacation starts with a great place to stay, and this place really set the tone. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of cookware, utensils and appliances which were contain in the condo. It felt like we were in our place. We were able to watch a Dolphin show off of the lanai as the Dolphins played with paddle boarder for the better part of an hour. The sunsets from the lanai were the highlight of every evening. We cannot wait to return.

Sea Village is a well maintained complex, with ocean frontage. Our lanai view was wonderful...most mornings we watched the spinner dolphons playing right in front of us, and enjoyed the outriggers, swimmers, fishing boats, and paddleboarders as they passed by. Our condo was well equipped, clean, and comfy. We had a great time!

Beautiful Views in a home-like setting

Very convenient being close to downtown Kailua Kona, yet when we entered the Condo grounds, were far from the noises of tourism, and in our own haven of tropical relaxation. My sister's children live on the Island, so we would hit the beaches all day, then have a family meal at the condo for everyone most nights. Surprised and pleased to find beach supplies, a full kitchen with useful small appliances, cold fridge, nice furniture.

The condo was in a great location and very well equiped. The only suggestion I would like to make is that it would be great if the after hour key pick up was located at the condo. After 20hrs of flights and airports, lost luggage, etc. I would have been great to just drive to the condo, rather than driving around lost in the dark and pouring rain.
[Owner response: The unit now have on-site access. Guests are no longer required to travel to a different location to pick up or return keys. Less driving...less stress overall]

We had a great time at the Sea Village! Nice sized apartments, great pool and bar-be-que area and very family friendly. What surprised me was how well-kept the grounds were!! A+ for the gardeners! Want a relaxing getaway but still close enough that you can walk into town... try the Sea Village!

Sun Quest was very friendly and helpful in making our arrangements for our stay.
The location is so perfect for seeing the ocean and the dolphins and whales. The para-sailing goes on every day and a couple of cruiseships stopped for a day. The lanai makes it possible to enjoy a show during breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The bedrooms are small but 2 well lit bathrooms are great. Also the grounds are very well kept. Ocassionally there is some noise after 10PM and early in the morning.
