Zs Retreat is a beautiful 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath house that sleeps up to 10 people. Located 0.7 of a mile from the beach. For your added convenience, the owner has agreed to pay $150 towards the cost of renting a golf cart when you arrive! This fantastic vacation home also includes upgraded appliances, private pool (17x9), covered parking, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and four balconies with furniture! The spacious front porch is the best place to relax and take in all of the sights and sounds of the beautiful Garden City Beach. This living area offers plenty of room for all of your guests to gather and enjoy each others company. This home does not allow pets. Complete Linen and Bath Package Available for $125. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Z's Retreat was very nice. It was "as advertised" with no disappointments. The only down side was that for folks with bad knees the many steps were a challenge. Clean, neat and well stocked.

The house was great. The kids loved having the splash pool to cool down at the end of every day. Location is perfect, outside the perimeter of the trashy Myrtle Beach sprawl with easy access to a spacious beach, with great body boarding waves.
