Inlet Point is located on the Inlet/Channel, 2.2 miles south of the Garden City Pier. This condo includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with living/dining/kitchen combination, central heat and air conditioning, and electric kitchen with dishwasher. The living room offeres you a television, sleeper sofa, DVD, tiled flooring, and a sliding glass door leading directly to the inlet front balcony. Common area includes swimming pool, paved parking, and coin-operated laundry facilities. There is direct access to the ocean and a fishing pier with a stationary & floating boat dock is provided. (Boat docking is permitted only during the day). NO PETS. NO TRAILERS. NO ELEVATOR. Check out maid service is included you’re your departure. Complete Linen and Bath Package Available for $100. Sheets and Pillowcases Only Package Available for $48.

Our only comments about the condo is the couch ,masterbedroom mattress was a little uncomfortable and the bedroom carpets.The codo is very nice and was clean.
