Living area: The key to the villa is obtained from a security box at the front door. The front door leads you into a light and airy entrance hall with the living room directly ahead. There is a sliding patio door from the living room to the pool area. The living room is equipped with comfortable seating, an amoire holding the 42' flat screen television, DVD player, stereo, books and a good selection of DVD's. The kitchen contains everything needed for any level of catering. Just off the kitchen is the utility room fitted with a full size, top loading, washing machine, separate tumble drier, steam iron and ironing board. The dining room has a sliding patio door leading onto the pool area. The kitchen and dining room are open plan with a breakfast bar separating them. A safe is provided for guests to use.

Outside area: The villa has a heated outdoor pool with four padded loungers for sunbathers and four padded chairs. An area of the large screened pool deck area catches the sun all day. The villa is equipped with a gas barbeque in the pool area. There is an area situated outside the living room and dining room patio doors which remains in the shade, where a table and chairs provide an excellent location for al-fresco dining. The pool area has a child safety fence that can be folded away when no children are resident. The Highlands Reserve golf club boasts a clubhouse with a snack bar serving breakfast and lunch menus. There is a communal swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area situated within Highlands Reserve which guests can access at no charge. Berry town centre is a short walk from the villa where you will find a Publix supermarket, several take-away and even an Applebee's family restaurant. A large Walmart is found a five minute drive away.

The bedrooms.: On entering the property the first of the twin bedrooms is on your left. There is a 24' flat screen television with in-built DVD player in this bedroom. The shared bathroom is found between the two twin rooms. The second en-suite master bedroom is on your right, has a queen size bed and a large closet with ample storage space. The master bedroom, also with a queen size bed, is at the rear of the property with access to the pool area. The bedrooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard. The villa is ideal for two families holidaying together as each set of adults can have an en-suite room. The games room is situated in the garage. It is carpeted and contains a selection of games, including an air hockey table, pool table, darts and a Play Station.
