This Colorado Dream Home is perfect for your vacation get away. Newly remodeled this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is conveniently located near shopping, recreation center, golf course, and restaurants. It has amazing views of the Continental Divide and Village Lake. Watch the beautiful sunrise from the deck or A-frame windows. Be allured by the western sunset from each bedroom. Fully equipped with kitchen, laundry room, gas fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD, wireless internet and plenty of puzzles and games. Enjoy skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling. Wolf Creek Ski Resort is located just 20 miles east of town or go relax in the famous Hot Springs downtown. You'll sure be captivated by the area landscape and beauty.

About Owner/Manager

Allured by the beauty and quaintness of Pagosa Springs, we moved here in August 2011 to semi-retire and slowdown from our more urban pace in Minnesota. We purchased our home in the spring of 2012 and began remodeling it. Once completed, we decided to open our home to be used for others to enjoy and explore this wondrous land.

Why Owner/Manager chose Pagosa Springs

We chose this property for two main reasons. First, the views of the Continental Divide are spectacular and we are only a half of block from the lake. Plus, the location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, bike/walk path, recreation center, and golf course. It is on a paved street and has a paved driveway - something of great value here. Our home faces the east and lets the morning sunshine in. All the bedrooms face the west allowng the dazzling western sunsets to be seen. Since there are no street lights in the residential areas, we love watching the nightly display of brillant stars. There is an abundance of wildlife that comes through our neighborhood and yard. Fox, deer, elk, bear, and bald eagles.

Last minute trip to Pagosa, called the day of and the owner was real easy to work with. House was exactly what we where looking for. 3 buddies and I went up for a snowmobile trip in Wolf Creek. House was in a great location and well maintained. Thanks

Awesomeness!!!

We weren't too sure what to expect when we got there but once we did we were all very pleased!! This property was so spectacular and almost everything that it promised. We ended up having only 5 people total and it was perfect for this many adults, any more would have just been too crowded. But if there were two couples with a few kids this is the property for you! I enjoyed and appreciated having all if the amenities of this place, I didn't have to bring a thing from home and we felt so much at home in this beautiful home! We had such a nice time in Pagosa and will definitely be back and will hopefully get to rent this place again! And just an FYI, its more like 40 minutes to the Wolf creek ski resort, rather than the 20 listed on the info. Thanks again Nancy, you were so welcoming to me and my family and we really appreciate that!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The house was very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed for our family and offered plenty of room for everyone. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and the downtown area. We will definitely be back!

beyond our expectations

We stayed at this residence for about 3 weeks during a convolecent period after surgery. Our home was 45 minutes from the nearest medical service plus an additional hour to the hospital where the surgery took place. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips: fully equipped home, fenced porch to sit and visit or enjoy a meal, close to shopping, close to medical services, fishing only a few steps away, quiet neighborhood, safe street to take a walk, not to mention the spectacular view with much mountain and National Forest access nearby. We enjoyed our time there immensely.
