Our family stayed in the penthouse # 16 and let me say we have never seen another place quite like it. Fit for a King and his family, that is for sure. The views from every room with a window were enough to make us want to cancel our return flight. The rooms were all lovely and extremely comfortable. Extremely spacious. Would be wonderful for entertaining with the huge kitchen, dining table, and living room, but we simply used it for our own relaxation. Some days we didn't even leave our room because the deck is a magnificent sun bathing spot. One can easily make a day our of reading on the deck and looking at the sea while eating a lunch outside. The pool was also extremely relaxing since it is practically on top of the sea. One can enjoy the gentle spray of the ocean waves and also go swimming in the ocean, but be careful, because the waves can be strong. Once away from the wall, it is perfectly safe to swim in the ocean. We loved the beautiful jetty and have amazing photos of it as well. Barbados is a gem in itself but this resort was something that can't be found anywhere else.

The staff was friendly, the area is adorable with many restaurants and delicious coffee shops. There are nice beaches within walking distances. (We also rented a car and toured the coast which we recommend)

The Crane has an amazing brunch and views that are well worth it. There is also a nice private beach that can be used after a meal

If you are looking to relax...truly relax this is the place for you. If relaxing bores you, you are steps away from nightlife and restaurants. The island is small enough to rent a car and do much sightseeing and adventuring.

All in all, wonderful experience for our family and we will never forget our trip to Barbados.

Having always stayed in good accommodation in Barbados on previous visits, I was keen to see how the highly rated St Lawrence Beach Condos would compare, and boy was I not dissapointed. The Penthouse we stayed at Suite 16 is huge with all the mod cons, a fantastic balcony stunning views and a wonderful hut tub. Location is great and due to the double glazed windows was surprisingly quiet at night which is very handy as you are in the heart of the Gap. The staff were very helpful Ricardo the maintenance manager was always available, and the booking experience with Barbara Hobson-Trotman was easy and very professional. A truly fantastic apartment.
