WORKING WITH OWNER--I have only arranged these kinds of vacations a couple of times before, but this owner is GREAT to work with. From the moment I sent my first email inquiring about the property, I felt that he had a genuine interest in my family's vacation and wanted to help out to make sure we had a good time..just by responding quickly to my emails with accurate information.I can not praise his helpfulness and honesty enough. Just outstanding.

LOCATION--We loved this place. It is far enough away from all of the busy aspects of this tourist area to feel separated, yet close enough to get anywhere (Amusement parks, store, drug store, gas station, etc.).

RESORT--The pool was pretty fun. It is fairly basic and could use some upgrades down the road (larger waterslide?), but it absolutely served its purpose for the time that we were there. While we didn't take advantage of the sport courts, plenty of people did and they looked like they were having a great time!

ACTUAL TOWNHOME--The pics don't do it justice--the place is CLEAN, well decorated, spacious, inviting, and has all of the accommodations that anyone would ever need. Tall ceilings, 'public space' and bathrooms have tile while bedrooms all had carpet. Plenty of clean towels, bedding, and a washer and dryer to clean them all again. We loved all of the windows in the house to allow the natural light in. The splash pool in the back yard is a great idea--the only regret we had was not arranging to turn the heat on so that we could take advantage of it and the patio area in the evening. The ONLY disadvantage we had with our visit is that we needed one more double bed to accommodate another couple. However, knowing that this place is designed for families, I can't fault the owner in their selection of furniture and decoration (1 king bed in the master, guest bedroom with a queen, two guest bedrooms with twin beds).

Anyway, Shawn is great to work with. We are coming back to Orlando sometime in the next year and I refuse to stay anywhere else. Just go stay there, the place is awesome.

Beautiful home. Decor was lovely. It did not take long to feel comfortable and relaxed in these surroundings. Descriptions/photos offered by owner are very accurate. Community pool was within walking distance. Owner was GREAT to deal with. My only regret is that we should have booked for 2 weeks and not just 1. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The house is clean, well furnished, comfortable and every bit as nice as the photos. Drive to Disney was easy and not even long enough for our kids to start the "Are we there yets". Lots of dining and a super Target near by for any items you may need. The kids loved the pool at the house. Sadly, it was too cold to use the complex pool, but it looked beautiful & well kept. There is some construction going on in the complex, but this did not impact us at all and didn't occur at any unreasonable times. This was a wonderful rental experience & the owner was a delight to deal with.

It was so nice to have all that space and a private pool to come back to after a long day at the parks!

We absolutely were thrilled with our stay. The listing was very accurate if not understated. The property was was in perfect condition with wonderful amenities. The owner was very helpful with quick replies to questions. My family absolutely loved staying there and my children loved staying the character decorated room.

Definitely worth the price! Nicely furnished!!! Wonderful amenities. House made us feel at home. Close to restaurants, grocery store, & Orlando. We would rent again:)

We are completely happy that we choosed Pennington Palm home for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and so comfortable. It has everything what we need and so close to everything (theme parks, supermarkets, restaurants, etc). My family was thrilled with the house and we the ammenities on the clubhouse. It felt like home.
We will recommend this property to all our friends and we are really sure that will rent it for our next vacations.

Lovely spot in all ways. Near everything. Clean, well-designed and decorated. Listing description did not do this property justice. Did not have time to check out Paradise Palms, but staff very pleasant and helpful. Owner is great to work with. 192 is restaurant row with many well recognizable chains. Near Disney's Animal Kingdom and Arabian Nights which were our destination on this mini-vacation. Would definitely recommend (though I hate to as I want it available for our next trip!!).
