Beautifully furnished 2 BR/2 Bath plus large den with office furniture. End unit condo, just completed. Quiet, no neighbors on one side. Gorgeous views from the lanai and Living room. Golf transfer is available at reasonable rate which allows for all golf and tennis, plus use of other facilities such as workout equipment. Den is set up with office desk and credenza for working out of home. Internet/phone/cable TV. All club amenities including free golf included with available golf transfer.
Currently living in River Strand and love the area. The beauty and quiet of the area as well as the outdoor activities of golf, tennis, walking and biking trails, are what drew us to the area, not to mention the unlimited sunshine and beautiful sunsets.
River Strand has a great location as it borders the Manatee River and has many preserve areas for wildlife. It is peaceful and quiet, away from the traffic and congestion in the city, yet near enough to get to the beaches and downtown activities within 30 minutes. Fantastic shopping (including large factory outlet stores) is a short drive. Disney and Lego-land are less than 2 hours away. Busch gardens is 45 minute drive. Music and theater venues abound in nearby Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa.
If you want a place to relax, unwind after a day of playing golf, tennis or trips to the beach, River Stand can't be beat.
