This home lived up to all our expectations. We were three adults and there was plenty of space for us and room for more. The TVs in each bedroom were a plus. For me, the nicest unadvertised feature of the home was the citrus trees in the backyard. Fresh grapefruit every day was a nice treat, and there were lemons, tangelos and oranges as well. The home was in good shape. It looked like there was new furniture. The property manager was very attentive. We were quite happy with our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

I was with my two sisters and our spouses for 3 nights in Palm Springs. We can be picky travelers but this house did not disappoint! It was a perfect set-up for three couples and the location was good. Pictures are spot on. Best feature was the backyard pool and sauna with fresh fruit trees! We were in paradise! Meggin and Lyndon were easy to work with and owner was very prompt in refunding our deposit. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us in your home!

Stayed at this property the last week of Feb 2013. We were very pleased with our stay. The home very private, modern and comfortable. There is plenty of space for a couples or a family vacation. There are fruit trees in the back (orange, lemon and grapefruit). The tress were full/ripe which we enjoyed picking and eating. Lyndon our contact was amazing. We made contact with her several times throughout the week which we appreciated. The home is blocks from downtown and mins from the airport. WE enjoyed: each room having a TV, the pool, the fireplace on the chilly nights, BBQing by the pool, privacy, the living room for hanging out at night, and the space. We did many things while we were there but we always looked forward to heading back and hanging out at our vacation retreat!
